Celebrate the Way the Night Hides Scars

~Vic's point of view~
She's so beautiful. I knocked on her door. Her sister opened it. Before I could say a word she yelled
"MAX! YOUR BOYFRIEND IS HERE?"
I heard footsteps coming down. "For the last time he's not my boyfriend," she said.
"Yet," I said under my breath.
"Hey Vic, where we planned to hang out today?"
"Oh uh no. I was wondering if you wanted to go catch a movie with me. Just the two of us."
"Wait one sec," she said. "Here come in," I stepped inside. It smelled of a mix of Max's perfume and cinnamon.
"Hey mom, Vic and I are going to catch a movie, can I have some money for snacks?" I heard her ask.
"Sure honey, remember, use it wisely and don't make out too much," a voice said which I assume was her mom.
"Okay let's go!" she said as she opened the door.
