She Was Always The One

It's been a week since Mike found out I had sex with Mason. He hasn't talked to me, or even looked at me as a matter of fact. I've tried to make him smile, laugh, just get him to stop looking down, but nothing would work. Vic knows there's tention between Mike and I, so he has stayed away from the both of us. I don't really know Vic that well, other than the fact he's gorgeous! I do wanna get to know him, so I'll invite him to do something with me, what kind of things is Vic into? I can't ask Mike for help and I don't feel like asking Mr. and Mrs. Fuentes. Looks like I gotta wing it.

I knocked on Vic's bedroom door and leaned on the door fame until he opened the door. Assuming he thought I was Mike he had a face full of surprise. His face then softened and a wide smile grew on his face. "Hey Petra, what's up?" He asked assuming I needed a favour from him. "Do you wanna go to a café with me? Then maybe hang out at the beach? I still haven't been there yet" I say tryin not to sound like I was terrified to say that. His eyebrows raised and he gave me a questionable look, he didn't say anything so I just shrugged my shoulders, then he did the same and shut the door on my face. Well that went well.. I was just about at the door of my room then his door opened. Vic called my name, "you ready to go?" He asked. I was shocked, I thought he didn't want to. I went into my room and got my wallet, keys, and sunglasses then made my way out the front door with Vic following behind me.

The car ride to the café was extremely awkward, we just made small talk about how beautiful the weather has been lately. Once we arrived I ordered myself some black tea and Vic ordered a large black coffee. We made our way to a small booth in the corner. It was pretty awkward, until Vic broke the ice with a bomb. "So why did you bring me here? If its about Mike I seriously don't wanna get in the middle of this" I looked at him shocked that that's the first thing he'd say to me. "Look I don't know you that well, and I wanna get to know you so we can hang out more. Mike is making his own decision to avoid me, I'm not gonna ask you to change his mind" I say trying to defend myself. "Why don't you like me?" I ask, "are you kidding me Petra? You think I don't like you? You're fuckin gorgeous, you're shy and a little awkward which makes you so friggen adorable. You don't notice but when I'm around you, I can't take my eyes off you!" Vic replied while raising his voice more and more.

My jaw dropped down, I sat infront of Vic with my mind blown. I looked down at my lap and smiled, how could I not when the most gorgeous guy just told me he liked me? "Then why don't you ever show it?" I ask starting to be upset at the fact I didn't notice. "I can't, the minute Mike layed eyes on you he was awe struck, he never shuts up about you, he has plans to make you his. I can't just take the girl my brother is crazy about and treat her the way he wants to treat her, sometimes you have to decide what's more important to you." I nodded my head like I understood and just looked at my tea until it felt like a right time to go back home. So Mike likes me but I like his brother Vic who likes me back but won't admit it to Mike because he doesn't want to hurt his brother. This should be interesting..
