What did I just do?

Nick came over later that afternoon. I wasn't actin like my usual self, I couldn't stop thinking about what Mike said. Does Nick really have the hots for me? That's impossible. I was snapped out of my thoughts when Nick pushed me over complaining about him I'm not listening to his amazing story about how he got a free extra large soda. "What's up" he said sounding concerned as he placed his hand on my thigh. I hesitated to answer, "well this morning Mike and I got into a pretty heated argument and he said that he thinks you are into me" I say try to say the last part as fast as possible. I grabbed the pillow that was behind Nick and cover my face with it while flopping backwards on my bed. I really hope I didn't just screw up this friendship, I mean he literally is my only friend and without him I think I'd be completely lost. He let out a soft chuckle. I felt the pressure of my bed change and he laid down beside me, "I do like you, a lot actually, but I value our friendship too much to have a relationship with you. If later on you feel the same way then I'll be here, waiting." I removed the pillow from my face and turned my head to look at him, our faces were just inches apart. I looked at his lips, they were really nice, and Nick is gorgeous, oh what the hell, I'll go for it. I leaned in and quickly gave him a kiss on the lips.

I moved my head back to look at his face, complete shock, his eyes were full of lust and he couldn't stop staring at my lips. Finally he grabbed my face and kissed me with so much passion it caught me off guard. He laid on my bed as I got on top of him on my hands and knees, making out, and grinding slash dry humping. I know I don't feel this way about Nick but everything just feels so right at the moment. He then took off my shirt and he groped my boobies as we were moving back and fourth. He then took off my bra and flipped us over so he was on top. He took off his shirt then put his hands on my hips, he stopped and looked at me for permission, I nodded my head and he proceeded to take my pants off. His face dropped and he looked at the ground, he put a hand on the back of his neck "I just wanted to see if you wanted to go for a drive with me, but clearly I see you're busy" and with that he walked away.

What have I done? I just had sex with my best friend, and it shouldn't have been him who took my virginity. Nick came out of the closet and tried to kiss me but I quickly backed away, "look you're my best friend and I don't know why I thought this would be okay but it's not. I still love you like a brother and still wanna hangout with you, I just don't want you to feel like its awkward." His face dropped, he stated at the floor for a while until he gained the courage to look me in the eyes, "of course, I'd rather have you as a friend than not have you in my life at all" he forced a smile. "You're still coming camping with me tho right?" "Of course! I wouldn't wanna do anything else" he smiled then put on his favourite record before laying in my bed and dozed off.

Oh my god. What have I done? Poor Mike, I probably just broke his heart. Now I gotta figure out a way to make him still be my friend or whatever we are. So far, I don't like America.
