*Samantha Pov
For the past three days either Andy or Vic was with me or sometimes both. Vic would play me songs, or strum his acoustic along to popular pop songs while Andy tried to sing the high notes.

They kept me happy and amused.

My doctor walked in and check my vitals.

"Samantha I think you are stable enough to go home, your concussion is gone, your ribs are healing, and your bruises should be gone in about a week. We'll give you pain medication and i'll send our chiropractor up here to relocate your shoulder, it won't hurt. Just be sore like your jaw was when he relocated that. Any questions?" He said

"Nope! Thanks!" I pretended to be happy.

Once he walked out of the room I started to weep.

"Where am I going to go? I can't go back home to my father." I sobbed

"Hold on let me ask my dad, and we'll see if he can pick you up." Andy said.

*Andy Pov

I walked out of Samantha's room and down the hall a little bit.

I called my dad, he picked up on the third ring.

"Andrew what is the matter?" He asked

"Sammy is in the hospital and needs a place to go, can she come to our house? You know her situation..." I trailed off

"See, son, you are not legally binded to take care of her or keep her safe, it was just a request. So you by the law don't have to. You keep getting in trouble because of her. So she'll have to find somewhere else." I could practically hear him smirking threw the phone.

"Fuck you Father. She needs help and you are being fucking retarded. If you weren't heartless you'd help. It's the right thing to do either way." I hissed.

"Andrew calm down. Look if you were in my shoes you would do the same." He calmly said.

"That's where you are wrong. I remember when I was little you had a heart. Then you went through law school and became a heartless robot. I wouldn't do the same." I spat and hung up.

I walked back into Samantha's room with my fists in balls. I can't let her father take her. I can't even get her out of here. I'm 17. I'm not 18. Wait a second I may not be 18 but Vic is.

"My bastard heartless father said you can't stay at my house, I can't even get you out of here. I'm not 18, but Vic can. I can have you over at my house from seven thirty to six, while my dad is at work, but at night I can't have you at my house, my dad will probably find you by accident or he'll look to see if I defied him." I sighed.

"I'll take her at night. You can have my room and I'll take the couch." Vic offered.

"Until she goes back to school she'll have to stay with you." I told him.

*Samantha Pov

Vic checked me out and took me to out to Andy's car. "Alright I will see you at six?" he asked.

"Yup see you then." I said and then Andy drove off.

"Hey Andy?"

"Mhmm?"

"What am I going to do? I still legally belong to my father."

"I'll try to get my dad to do a probono emancipation, from your father."

"What does that mean?"

"It means I am going to try and get him to legally unbind you and your father because he's unfit to parent you for free."

"You can do that?"

"Yeah trust me I've wanted to do it a few times."

"I'd still have to go to school?"

"Yeah."

"But I wouldn't have to go back to my house?"

"Yes."

"Can you really save me?"

Okay so more to come, I wrote out my plan for this, up to a point and I already strayed from it, because Vic's and Samantha's relationship was to crazy.
