A nurse walked in and stopped in her tracks. "You're awake?!?" She exclaimed clearly shocked.

"Yes she just woke up." Vic said taking my hand and kissing it.

"What's wrong with me?" I started to weep.

"Shush, I don't want to have to sedate you into sleeping for a few more days."

I sniffled and tried to stop crying. She waited until I calmed down to continue, "Well Samantha," she said picking up a clipboard attached to my bed, "You have 4 broken ribs, a concussion, which should be a mild one by now, its been three days, a dislocated shoulder and jaw, six stitches in your right leg, four in your left, and from the looks of it, a ton of bruises, cuts and your left eye," my hand flew up to it, "is a black eye."

"How long will I be here?" I tried to remain calm.

"I guess about three to four days. You are still young and will heal quickly. What were you doing for this to happen?" She asked.

I felt the tears begin to form in my eye. "Never mind. Just his the call button if you need anything."

I looked at my friends. They all were in this small room. I had known them only a few days, besides Andy, and they all were here.

I smiled weakly at them.

"Hey so Sam we are going to leave we have a ton of homework and a band rehearsal," Mike said, "Vic you coming?"

Vic looked at me silently asking for permission.

"Vic you can go you don't have to be here the whole time with me. I'll be fine and I still have Andy."

"Thanks." Vic smiled.

"Vic you don't need to worry about me, I'm just some girl you met a few days ago." I said.

"But I do. I'll see you later."

"M'kay bye!" I waved.

I looked over at Andy.

"So if I recall you grabbed a duffle bag full of clothes?"

"Yes. I did. I packed a white nightgown if you want it?" He crocked his head.

Andy helped me change into the nightgown.

*Vic Pov

When I came back to Samantha's hospital room I saw her laying there in a white dress-thingy on her bed. With all of those tubes and machines she was hooked up to, she looked like a mechanical bride.
