Dear Austin...

Upon entering the area dedicated to Warped Tour, i looked around and took in the sights of thr people around me. Everyone had on a shirt for a variety of bands playing at this venue or not. My little sister grasped my hand tightly as a man with many piercings passed by. The drawstring bag bounced happily on her back as she then continued to lead me on.

"Come on Rae!" She begged me. We took a little break to check set schedules. Of Mice and Men was in the middle of all the sets. My little sis had dutifully checked out different bands that was playing today. She listened to a few different songs on the car ride here. Since Alan and Austin's visit, she had grown to appriciate was once the 'scary' music. On the piece of paper i held, i circled a few differeny bands, including Breathe Carolina, Ghost Town, All Time Low, and A Skylit Drive. LP was excited to see Ghost Town and Breathe Carolina.

We watched their sets and wandered around. I managd to get to talk to and meet a few members from All Time Low and A Skylit Drive. They all thought LP was cute. When it finally got time for Of Mice and Men, we went to our spots to watch their set. LP grasped my hand at the roaring crowd. I took a few pain relief pills out of the side of my pack.

"Hello, Denver!" They called out to the crowd. I screamed along with them. They played through their songs until it came to the last song. I had somehow managed to deftly move Lily-Pearl to the front with me.

"This song goes out to a personal friend. She's a tough girl who's been through a lot. I don't know if you're here right now Raelyn Croft..." his eyes found mine after searching the crows. They locked on with a mixture of worry, excitment, and relief. LP called out to Alan. He grinned down to her and waved. The crowd whistled behind our backs.

"Rae, you've been a great friend and i love you to death. Sweetheart, you're beautiful and no matter what you go through, know that i'm here for you!" He called out to me. A security guard opened the gate and pulled me forward as Austin leaped down from the stage, pulled me into his embrace and kissed me in front of the crowd that oohed and awwed. He hopped back on the stage with the rest of the band.

"Now I gotta ask a favor from all you wonderful people out there..." He asked as Alan strummed a guitar riff behind him. The crowd was willing and eager to listen to his voice. "Keep her out of the pits, ' cos she's injured." He scanned the crowd. They all cheered. They started their last song, Second and Sebring. I let little tears of joy roll from my cheeks. I felt beyond honored that he did this for me.

After the song and watching LP jump around and scream ths words with them, we followed the crowd out to find a place to sit. "Drink this." LP commanded me as she shived a water bottle into my hands. I greedily drank up as the crowds passed me. A few stopped to wish me well as they recognized me from the set. It was time for the OM&M meet and greet by the fence. I followed the swarming crowd to the fence where they were going by. Austin's name grew louder in a chant. LP shoved people out of the way as we made our way to the fence. I could just barely see the top of his head as he bent over to sign a shirt.

"Austin!" I yelled. He didn't hear me, but a man next to me turned around. He had an Asking Alexandria shirt on.

"Oh, you'rs that girl that was injured and came up during the set!" He smiled pleasently. I nodded and told him i needed to get up to Austin. With a nod, he yelled out for the people to move. When they saw who I was, they made a path and moved for me to get to Austin.

"Austin, over here! It's her!" Some girls were calling him as they turned to depart. Without a warning, the crowd grew frustrated that i wasn't getting their quick enough. A few guys picked me up, crowd surfed me over to the fence and deposited me. Austin, concerned at the noise, turned around to find me standing at the gate. LP was trailing in my wake. Austin sprinted around the fence, and appeared at my side a moment later.

"Austin Carlile, you come here this moment." I commanded him. One second later, I was swept in his arms, kissing him frantically. The crowd gave us space as they cheered. When we parted, i saw Alan giving LP a big hug as well.

"Thanks everyone!" I called to the crowd. They happily cheered back to me with a few thoughtful looks before dispersing.

"Rae, i love you." He whislered in my ear. I kissed his temple before whispering back.

"I love you, Austin." He swept me off my feet, cradeling me in his arms. "Do you have anything else to see for Warped tonight?" He asked me. I looked at Alan and LP and realised it was getting late. "LP, you want to see anything else?" I asked her. She shook our head. OM&M was the last set on our list to see. "I guess not." I smiled happily. Alan came over to Austin. LP was clinging to his back like a sloth.

"You can stay with us, if you want." Tino came up behind me. I was a little shocked at his voice, but got over the little panic.

"Alan!" LP cried out happily. She was happy to hang with Alan, day or night. "Sure!" I agreed. I would do anything to spend time with Austin, even for just an hour more. We walked over to the bus. Climbing aboard, i awed at the size inside. The guys all threw us some water. I texted my mom later so she wouldn't worry.

Me: Mom, LP and I are getting a ride home with Alan and Austin. Don't worry, we'll be back by a reasonable time.

Mom: Okay, stay safe. I dont want any more trips to the hospital, now or later... I shook my head at the thought and watched LP and Alan tickle each other as they got to hang out.

"Tino, Aaron, andI I have a surprise for you." Phil held an item behind their back. Tino and Aaron smiled. Austin let out an exaggerated sigh. A Monster Energy Drink was promptly forced in my hands.

Two Monsters, four shopping carts, three dizzy circles around the bus, and two minutes of me passed out later, I was crashing hard in Austin's arms. LP was curled in Alan's, snoring softly. The bus was jolting forward, taking off to my house. When we got home at nine at night, Alan, Austin, and i slipped into my house. I watched Alan go upstairs to tuck LP into bed. Austin and I stood at the front of my house.

"I guess this is the final goodbye." I whispered sadly. He stroked my hair without saying a word.

"I wish I didn't have to finish up the tour." He mourned. I nodded in response. A light rain started up.

"You have to keep texting me, promise?" He asked seriously. I nodded and promised.

"You have to visit me, or i'll go crazy. Alan to. LP will miss her ginger princess." I told him.

"Every chance I get. You better see me in California as well." We both started to draw out our goodbyes. Even the rain couldn't get us to leave, but eventually we had to. I snaked my arms around his waist. He pulled me closer

"Goodbye, Austin." I could only choke out. He sniffed through the tears.

"Goodbye, Rae. I love you." He repeated this often, but it never lost its meaning to me. With a final, gentle kiss, he parted for the bus. I watched everyone back out, staying in the rain to see them and wave goodbye. And with that, they were gone.

I only have one (maybe two) chapters after this D: I'm glad you all loved it! You guys were my motivation to keep writing! I'll post another fanfiction , but do you you want a sequel??
