I Said I'd Never Let You Go

Warped started today and I was beyond excited. I knew that it was going to be a lot different this year since I was preforming too. We were driving to the venue in Pamona. I had a strong felling of Déjà vu. Chloe pulled in and parked as out tour bus pulled in behind us. I hopped out and jumped on Cory’s back.

“Onward my valiant steed.” I bellow in a terrible British accent.

“How about no.” He states dropping me on my ass. I pout crossing my arms over my chest.

“Come on darling let’s go find our men.” Chloe says grabbing my hand and pulling me to my feet.

I stick my tongue out at Cory and start to walk away. I start to bounce around as we look for the boys. It had been way too long since I had seen Tony, I was slightly nervous that he wouldn’t like me anymore. A very tall tattooed figure appeared and my breath caught in my throat. No please don’t let it be him. I figured that I would go more than ten minutes without seeing him. As the figure came closer the features became clearer.

“Mr. Fuentes have you seen your older brother and/ or Tony?” Chloe asks him as I sigh in relief. It was just Mike.

“They are over at the food tent. One of the bands is cooking out before the kickoff party tonight.” He informs us. He turns and points in the direction he came from. “It’s over that way. I will catch up with you later though girls.”

We say goodbye and continue walking in the direction that mike pointed.

“What was the gasp for back there?” She questions.

“I thought it was Austin.” I mumble. I didn’t know what was going to happen when I saw him.

“Still nervous about seeing him?” She grabs my hand squeezing it lightly.

“Yeah. I know I have Tony and I am extremely happy with him, but I can’t help thinking what would have happened if I got back with Austin.” I tell her.

“It’s understandable darling. You guys fell really hard then ended really abruptly. It’s natural to wonder how things would be different if it had played out another way.” She explains.

“I just don’t want him to hate me. I don’t think I could handle that.” I sigh again as I spot Tony. I smile to myself he really was amazing to me. I sneak up on him and grab his waist. “BOO.”

He jumps slightly looking over his shoulder to see who it was. His face lights up and he smiles widely. It makes his eyes sparkle. He picks me up and spins me around hugging me to him tightly.

“Oh god I have missed you.” He exclaims and sets me down on my feet.

“I’ve missed you too Tony! Five months is way too long.” I tell him and press my lips to his.

He reaches up holding my jaw and pressing his lips back harder. I have missed the feeling of his soft lips on mine. We continue to kiss until we hear someone clear their throat. We pull apart and I look to where the sound had come from. Standing there rubbing the back of his neck was Austin.

“Hey Autumn. Tony. How have you guys been?” He asks awkwardly. Why did he have to come up to us?

“Good just ready to start warped. As much as I love other tours; this one is always the best.” Tony tells him wrapping his arm around my waist.

“I’m excited to be on it for the first time. It’s definitely gonna be different playing this year and not just running a booth.” I say. “How have you been?”

“I’ve been okay. We just finished the new album. I’m excited to start playing some of it for the fans to see how they like it. It’s been too long since we have played a show.” He states bouncing up and down on the balls of his feet.

“Right well I am going to lay down before the party starts. Tony, you wanna come with me baby?” I asked trying to get away from this awkward situation. I don’t get why he felt the need to interrupt.
