Moon Dance

It's been a week since we found out Aurora wasn't pregnant , but things been going down hill since. Me and Chris have been arguing constantly and it's putting such a strain on this relationship. Aurora has tried to stay out of it but I know it's hurting her emotionally.



I held her closer to me while we took a bath together , she laid between my legs in the warm bubble bath and I ran my fingers through her damp wet hair as she rested on my chest.



"Things are so bad right now ... Why is that? " She questioned sounding concerned and sad.


"I don't know. . I just know that it's not good . We don't need to be arguing like this. . " I whispered blowing some bubbles off my nose.


"Well , you both need to make up , stop being so hard headed and -" She whispered brokenly before being cut off by a knock on the bathroom door.



Suddenly , Chris came in , he was shirtless with baggy Grey sweat pants that hung low on him.


He sat awkwardly on the toilet seat and looked at us.



"This is annoying, this constant fighting over nothing has become a headache. We need to stop this " I pleaded to him but he looked like he had more on his mind.


"You need to be thinking about this new album that you're not contributing to. " he growled and I was taken back by his tone.



"How can I contribute , when you are constantly being a prick ?! " I spat and I got out the tub and wrapped a towel around my waist.



"Oh I'm being a prick? You're so far up your ass with Aurora that you can't even function. You're the one who talked all this shit about maintaining a career but you're not even helping with this new album." He growled stepping closer in my face.


"First of all, it's not my fault that she feels comfortable with me . It's not my fault that you're not being a good boyfriend to her. You're the one who keeps starting all these petty arguments. " I bellowed and I heard Aurora whimper behind me.



Chris stormed out and I followed him and Aurora wrapped a towel around her body and followed us.


"You're quiet because you know I'm right?!" I exclaimed hysterically.


He turned around sharp and got directly in my face . "I'm fucking done with this. " he spat in a venomous tone. I heard Aurora gasp and she walked in front of us.



"What do you mean C-Chris? " her voice breaking.


"Aurora. . I love you so much. But I can't keep doing this . I'm tired of sharing the love of my life with this dick." He growled and I saw her heart break through her eyes.




Tears blurred her vision and she pressed her small damp hand to his chest.


"Y-You don't mean that.. You're just mad right now.. you should calm down and-"

"No Aurora. . I'm done with sharing you... It's either me or him. " he spoke and she bit her lip nervously.


She looked at us both and did something I didn't expect.



She whispered 'I'm Sorry' and ran out the room leaving the door dangling in her absence.
