The past never changes

As I creep down stairs making sure not to make a sound I see my dad fighting with my mother, nothing out of the ordinary, I tip toe out the front door so they wouldn't notice me as I left for school.

I get to the bus stop and meet with my best friend Kathy, Kathy has been through allot with me, we don't really have any other friends its just us two, we understand each other and help the other through rough times.

As I approach the stop Kathy notices me "Hey!" She says cheerfully and gives me a bear hug, I gasp for air jokingly, "how was your morning?" She asks frowning just a little bit, "it was fine" I shrugged, "are you sure?" She said with a concerned look, "yeah really-" I get cut off by the sound of the school bus honking its horn telling us to get on, "time to go" Kathy groaned, I huffed and hopped on the bus.

The ride to school wasn't very long it was just 10 minutes from the stop, the bus stopped and let us off, Kathy grabbed my arm as we walked towards school, before we entered the school Kathy stopped and looked at me with a slight emotion of fear, "its OK we can get through the day just stay strong" I said to her with a fake smile,

As we walked in we immediately got go to hell stares from all around us, I started shaking and Kathy gave me an "its OK just hold on" look so I held on to her arm tightly as we made it to the end of the hall we were met my Cindy Smith the school's popular girl with her dumb posse of twerps, "well who do we have here?" She snarlled, "looks like the fat slut and her and her little friend" she said with an evil smile, the bell rang, "well looks like I have no time to point out the facts, I will get to you two later" she said before prancing down the hall. "Don't pay her any attention" Kathy said noticing me sweating which I didn't notice until just now, I nodded and we went to our class.

The day went by pretty quickly, luckily we didn't cross ways with Cindy, I was once again in the safety of my bedroom , crawled in my blankets, then I soonly drifted into a deep sleep.
