Blackness

I awoke when I felt the bed become empty. I opened my left eye slightly to see Alyssa reading some post or something on her phone. I was about to scare her right there until I saw her fling her hand over her mouth, to stop herself from....screaming?

The next thing I knew she was getting up from my bed, I quickly closed my eye so she didn't know I was up. But I opened it just in time to see her sneak into the bathroom. I waited a couple of minutes before I got up and followed her. I peaked through the cracked door and saw her sitting in front of a recording camera. She was talking to someone, someone must've pissed her off real well too... because I could tell from the look in her eyes she was flaming.

"...These words you've scarred on my brain, you're going to scar on my body." She said, breathing heavily. She took a small metal object in her hand. It was a razor. I almost screamed when I saw this, but I contained myself...and kept watching. I don't know why I didn't stop her before she did what she did, but all I know is I didn't stop her.

I watched as I saw her carve the word 'slut' into her clean thigh, followed by a dash and someone's name. I knew it was either a username or regular name..because she kept looking towards her phone. She hissed in pain at every word, every letter. She did this until all the room on her legs were taken. She finished off the video.

"Does this look more appealing to you?! Don't say what you don't mean." She finished, she flipped off the camera and stopped the video. I jumped back and ran into the room, as fast as a cheetah but as quiet as can be. She must've been crying in the bathroom for hours, a couple at the least. Her quiet sobs couldn't be hear from a sleeping persons ears, but I could hear her, I wish I didn't.

She finally came back into the room for what seemed like forever she'd been gone. I felt so bad I just wanted to jump up and hug her. But I couldn't give her the idea that I knew what was going on, or what she had done, she'd freak out for sure. But I wasn't mad at her...I was mad at the asshole who made he do it.

And whoever that asshole was,

I was going to find out who.. no matter what it took.
