Ava’s POV-
We pulled up to my house in Tony’s black Chevy Tahoe. I looked over to him and smiled.
“Come inside.” He shook his head.
“No… I should probably get back to the guys.” I frowned and grabbed onto his hand shaking it furiously while giving him puppy dog eyes.
“Please Tone?” He threw his head back and closed his eyes.
“Ava,” he groaned. I smiled to myself. “You know I can’t resist when you give me that look.”
“What?” I pulled away putting my hands on my hips. “Don’t you love me?” I asked, mocking him from earlier. He opened his eyes and looked at me from the corners of them. He reached forward and turned the keys as I felt the car shut off. I smiled at him and leaned over, giving him a kiss on the cheek. “Let’s go!” He chuckled and got out with me as I grabbed his hand and pulled him along to my front door. My mouth dropped open while we entered the house Gabriel and I shared. “We can have a horror movie marathon!” I yelled, jumping down like a child.
“Who’s having a horror movie marathon? I want in,” Gabriel’s girlfriend Hilary walked into the front hall with a beer in hand.
“Me and Tony,” I smiled. She looked to Tony and smirked.
“Yeah… he looks so enthused,” she laughed at Tony nodded dramatically. Hilary walked into the living room. “Babe, we’re having a horror movie marathon with Ava and Tony.” We followed Hilary to see her now sitting on my brother’s lap.
“Ava,” he sighed. “We’ve went over this. Horror movies give you nightmares. You shouldn’t be watching them.”
“But G,” I frowned. “Tony’s here.” I pointed to Tony who didn’t know what to do so he smiled.
“What does that have to do with anything?” Gabriel raised his eyebrows.
“I’ll have a cuddle buddy,” I smiled. Hilary looked to Gabriel and pouted as I joined in. He glanced between me and her.
“Please babe?” G sighed.
“Fine… you women and your persuasive ways,” he muttered as Tony took a seat on the couch.
“Tell me about it,” Tony laughed.
“You too?” G asked. He nodded, pointing his thumb to me.
“This one over here pulls the puppy dog eyes on me all the time.” I looked down to Tony who smiled up at me.
“I’m gonna go put on some pajamas.” He nodded as I made my way up to my room.

Tony’s POV-
“So which movie first?” Hilary sat in the middle of the living room, sorting through all the scary movies. “Saw, hostel, human centipede, thirty days of night, the conjuring…” She looked up to us.
“Let’s go with… hostel.” Gabriel smiled, looking over to Ava and I who sat on the loveseat. We nodded as Hilary put it in the DVD player. Gabriel muted the begging trailers and we sat in silence as Ava laid down, resting her head on my legs.
“So,” Ava’s brother looked to me. “Do you guys get a lot of off time for vacation?” He nodded.
“Yeah; we are our own bosses,” he laughed. “Why?” I shrugged, looking down to Ava with a smile on my face.
“He wants me to go on tour with him,” she muttered, keeping her eyes on the TV.
“Cool,” she turned to Gabriel like she was surprised.
“Cool?”
“Yeah… why don’t you go with him?” she looked up to me as I nodded. “You’d have so much fun Ava.”
“But… what about work?”
“Take off. It’s not like Jace and I care. We can hold the place down just fine ourselves. How long is the tour for?”
“Two weeks,” I replied. He nodded.
“Yeah; you can for sure go, Ava.” She nodded keeping her eyes glued to the screen as Gabriel started the movie and unmuted the TV. She seemed mad that he said she could go. I shook my legs a little bit, making her look up at me. I gave her a questioning look.
“What’s wrong Ave?” I asked softly. She gave a small smile and shook her head.
“Nothing…” With that she directed her attention back to the movie. I put my hand on her hip and gently ran my thumb over the skin her pajama shirt left exposed. I tried focusing on the movie but something was bothering her and it was eating at me.
