As soon as Dr.Nick left the room, I got out of bed, taking off the IV & making my way over to the bathroom. I felt a little dizzy, but that didn't stop me. "Well...I was going to leave, just had to change."

"Tony....you're really, really, really good in bed." Mike spoke. "Well, we weren't on the bed but...you know what I mean." I laughed & Mike took my hand. Our fingers intertwined. I didn't want him to leave. I didn't want to stay. I don't want him to start school without me...it's in three days. Who knows how long I'll be in here.

"Mike..." I spoke. I was going to continue but then I changed my mind. It was a stupid idea.

"What?" Mike asked.

"N-never mind..." I spoke.

"Tone, please?"

"No, it's stupid." I spoke.

"Tell me." Mike said.

"No."

"Yes, Tony."

"You'll say no anyway...."

"Tell me!" Mike yelled.

"Okay...I was just gonna say.....fuck never mind. It's stupid." I looked away & down at the ground.

I decided to just say it. No matter how stupid it was. "Run away with me...."

"Serious?" Mike asked.

"See, it was stupid." I responded.

I looked at Mike but he just looked like he was thinking.
