Gosh my arm hurts. I opened my eyes and I saw white. Am I in heaven now? Probably.

"Hey little buddy. You’re awake" Mike smiled weakly at me. I notice he looked so exhausted, he had bags under his eyes, probably from lack of sleep.

"Umm what happened?" I ask. Sitting up

"Well I went to your house a week ago, I was gonna talk to you but then I found you in your bathroom floor bleeding yourself out, you lost a lot of blood." Oh I remember now. So I guess I must be at the hospital.

"You scared the shit out of me Kell. What the hell were you thinking?!! " Mike exclaimed.

"Im sorry?" I said more like ask.

He sighed "Dont be. Its all my fault I shouldve never said those things to you."
He looked down at the ground almost ashamed.

"Its ok. Its partly my fault too.. You were just trying to help" I said trying to make him feel a bit better. He looked up at me and gave me a small smile.

The door swung open which cause me to look at the direction.

"Oh My God Kellin" Justin said rushing to my side.

"What the Fuck man! you scared the shit out of us. We were worried about you." Jack exclaimed as he, Jesse and Gabe showed up to the door.

"Dont scare us like that!." Gabe bolted.

"Dude. what happened I taught you were doing fine?!" Jesse frantically ask. They were now all standing by my bed side next to Mike.

"Guys, he just woke up" Mike said trying to calm them down.

"Im really sorry guys" I said.

"Just promise us you’ll never do it again." Jesse said.

"umm. ok I uhh... " they all looked at me with hopefull and sorry eyes... Im not really sure If I can promise but...

"promise." I think I’ll try.

I woke up the second time around today.. I looked around and saw Mike.

"Hey" I said.

"Hi, how are you feeling?" he asked

"I feel ok"

"you sure? Because the last time we taught you’re ok and that happened"

"I am. I just kinda lose myself back there." Mike just nodded.

"Hey, listen Im really sorry about what I said about Vic. I just..."

"Its ok Mike. You’re actually right about it." I interrupted him. I dont wanna talk about it anymore.

There was a short paused of silence before Mike spoke again.

"Well. What do you plan on doing now? Y’know after this whole thing...."
I thought about it.

"Im not really sure but I wanna move out of town. I wanna start new." I admitted. I realized I’ll never forget Vic if everything around me would keep reminding me of him.

"where do you plan on going?" he ask almost immediately like he didnt want me to go.

"I’m thinking San Diego would be nice. Vic and I actually taught about it one time but never really had a chance...cause of work and stuff.." I said frowning about the mention of my ex.

Yes, ex because I cant keep hurting myself trying to hold on to him. When I know he’s not coming back. I kinda had a hard time accepting that fact but I guess I’m over it now. I just have to tell myself that he died so I wont have to get my hopes up.

"Oh." Mike said looking down at the tiles. He seemed like he’s thinking about something.

"what are you thinking about?" I ask which cause him to look up.

"Nothing. Its just that Im really gonna miss you." He said.

"oh. Well you could come?" I said more like ask.

"really?" I saw his eyes lit up.

"uhhh.. Yeah, I mean if you want to. I know you want to start new too. Am I right?"

"Yeah. I just... It gets lonely here you know" he admitted.

"Well, when are we leaving?" he added.

"when I get out of here. Oh and you’re gonna drive by the way." he chuckled a bit at my last statement.

"sure. That’d be great."
