Fast Times at Clairemont High

"Get the fuck up and get ready for school" My mother shouted

"Its fucking saturday leave me the hell alone for once" I retorted

"What? Are you fucking kidding me? I thought I got to be alone today" She said while slamming my bedroom door.

This is a normal day in my house. My mother an I don't get along so she yells at me for everything. My dads death was the worst possible thing that could have happened in my life. I got up and got changed into a Pantera tank top and some black skinny jeans with my red Vans. Just as I was about to do my hair my phone buzzed.

From-Hime-time:
Hey boo the boys are back in town lets hangout.

To-Hime-time
Okay sounds good. I have someone I want you guys to meet. She is a really good friend of mine she moved here not too long ago while you guys were gone.

Jaime didn't reply so I walked to Azalea's house and knocked on the door.

"Hey I thought you would come save me today" She smiled

"You know it!" I snorted

"So what do you wanna do?" She asked as we walked towards the Fuentes house.

"We are going to my friends house so you can meet the guys I was telling you about"

"Sweet, do you think they will like me?" I looked at her wide eyed

"Azalea, they are going to fucking love you!" I shouted

"I hope so" We walked the rest of the way in silence.

There we were in front of two of my best friends house. I smiled and Azalea looked at me and giggled.

"What are you laughing at?" She shook her head.

"These guys really make you happy don't they ?" I nodded

"How'd you know?" I asked

"The way you talk about them and the way you smile when you talk about them. I can tell that they help you forget about your home situation" Man she was a mind reader.

"Yeah and that is why your going to love them. They are so nice so don't be nervous" I said as I grabbed her hand and pulled her into the house.

"What's up mother fuckers!" I yelled and the boys turned their heads away from the video games.

"Lyric! and Girl I don't know who is pretty!" Shouted Jaime. Awe Jaime bear has a crush.

"Hey Hime! this is Azalea she's the one I was telling you about this morning" Azalea put her hand out but Jaime brushed it away and pulled her into a hug.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Jaime and this is Mike, Tony, and Vic" Azalea nodded

"Nice to meet you all, I have heard a lot about you" Mike smiled and put his arm around my shoulders.

"She does tend to talk about us." I smacked his arm.

"Do not" I stuck my tongue out at him.

"Do too but how could you not were your best friends and we are fucking awesome" Mike smiled

"Michael Language" Momma Fuentes shouted as she walked through the door.

"Why do I always get caught for that" He sighed

"Because, you suck at being sneaky" Vic stated.

"So what do you say we all hangout and watch some movies or something?" Tony asked

We all agreed and headed for the basement which also happened to me Mike and Vic's bedrooms. The basement was redone and converted into two bedrooms and a bathroom.

"This is really cool" Azalea said as she looked around.

"Thanks my dad redid it for Mike and I like a year ago" Vic smiled.

"Wow wait your brothers?" I laughed at her. I told her this before.

"Yeah, I thought Lyric would have told you?" He asked

"She did but your so short and he's so ..." She was cut off by Mike

"Sexy?" He laughed

"No in your dreams, I was going to say tall" She defended.

We all settled in to watch some movies. Vic was sitting on the floor and I was sitting next to Tony and Azalea and Jaime was sitting on the other side of Azalea. Mike was sitting in a bubble chair he had in the corner.

After the movie was over we all chatted about random things, mostly about what the guys did when they were out of town with Jaime's family. Jaime's uncle died and all of the guys used to go to his uncles with him every summer when they were kids.

"Jaime, Lyric told me you used to do magic" Azalea broke the silence

"What the hell Lyric that was like so long ago!" He blushed

"Oh come on dude it was last year, and you thought it was the coolest thing in the world" Vic laughed.

"Yeah and besides you were so cute when you thought you could pull a rabbit out of a small black hat" I said patting Jaime's back.

"Yeah, it was pretty fun" He said

"So Azalea, whats your story?" Tony asked. She looked a bit flustered

"W-What do you mean ?"

"Like what do you like to do for fun?" Tony explained

"Oh I like to write songs and hangout " Vic perked up when he heard her say write songs.

"Vic writes too that's why he is so perky right now" I said

"I see, I do not ever leave home without a pen and my song book" She smiled

"Lyric never leaves home without her guitar" Jaime smiled

"She didn't bring one here" Azalea looked confused

"That's because she has one here and Vic has one. Also if we are hanging out at Tony's or Jaime's she uses theirs" Mike explained. Azalea nodded.

"I see. Well it was nice meeting you guys but I have to get home for dinner" She said looking at the clock that read 5:30. Shit. I was also going to be late.

"okay yeah, it was nice meeting you too" They all said

"Lyric! when your mom ya know gets drunk and passes out you should come back and hang out" Mike smiled and I nodded

"Okay will do!" Azalea and I walked out and headed towards our houses.

"So you and Mike huh?" She nudged me.

"Huh? Me? What no!" I laughed feeling flustered

"Oh come on I see the way you look at him and he wants you to come back when your mom passes out. He so likes you" She said.

I couldn't help but smile. I mean yeah I have a small crush on him but I don't think that he likes me so I just leave it.

"Hey did you hear me?" Azalea waved her hands in front of my face.

"Huh what no sorry" I giggled

"I said thank you for introducing me to the guys, they were super nice" I nodded

"No problem and get used to it because I pretty much hang out with them everyday" She laughed and walked into her house.
