Fast Times at Clairemont High

I was at Jaime's house. We weren't getting along well lately.

"How come you always want to hang out with Lyric or Vic?" Jaime shouted. He was jealous.

"Because they actually care about me, okay! They fucking care about me for once. I'm always kicked to the curb or left behind, but they help me! Unlike you." I said, my temper short.

I stormed out of his house and started walking away. Tears were spilling down my face.

I pulled led out my phone and called Lyric.

"Hey babe, what's wrong?" She asked.

"Jaime and I just broke up..." I said, my voice scratchy. She told me to meet her at McKinley Road. I walked there.

She had brought along Mike, Vic, and Audrey. Vic didn't say a word, he only walked toward me and gave me a hug. I cried into his shirt.

"it's okay, we're here. We'll be with you." He comforted. It was amazing how his calm voice soothed me in a second. Everyone was wondering how he did it, but he made me stop crying.

"Hey, it's okay, Jaime was a buttface anyways." Audrey said, attempting to make me feel better. I let out a little laugh. I had figured that Jaime had gone and called Tony.

"Let's hang out at our house." Mike said, lighting up a cigarette. Audrey coughed.

"Ew, really Mike? You're even grosser now." Audrey said. Mike picked her up and she squealed, commanding him to let her go.

"Whatever you say, princess." Mike said, putting her back on her feet.

"Hey, don't call me that!" She warned, hiding a smile.

I was laying on Vic's shoulder when I got another call from Jaime. I almost pressed ignore, but Vic told me to give him the phone.

"Hey Azalea-" Jaime had started.

"What? Uh dude it's like 12!" Vic said, using his best sleepy voice. It was so hard not to laugh.

"I fucking knew it!" Jaime said. He was real angry. I bursted out laughing as soon as Vic hung up.

"He's going to be so pissed now. He'll think I cheated on him." I said. I felt bad for doing that to Jaime, but he kinda deserved it. He was jealous that I liked to hang around people that make me feel good. It wa so wrong.

We heard a knock on the door, and it was Jaime and Tony. Mama and Papa weren't home, so Jaime immediately pinned Vic to the wall as soon as he came into the door.

"What the Fuck, Vic! I knew she was cheating on me!" Jaime said angrily. His fist was raised and he was going to punch him.

"Jaime, stop! You know I was never cheating on you. Vic just answered my phone because I told him to. God, I was being with Lyric and Audrey the whole damn time!" I said. Jaime looked embarrassed.

"You're just jealous that I like to have them around. You're so selfish, Jaime! And I would never cheat on you, especially with Vic. He's like my brother!" I yelled. Audrey was hiding behind Tony, obviously scared.

"Look, I'm sorry. I've just been holding it in for a long time. Years, actually. My mum freaked out on me earlier so I've been on edge. I'm sorry." I said shyly. Jaime accepted the apology with a kiss.

"I'm sorry, too. I know you have friends but I want you to be mine." He said.

"I am yours silly. I always have been." I assured him.
