A Match Into Water

*Vic's POV*

Holy shit she's passed out fuck!!

I sat in the ambulance next to Alisha's limp body.

It reminded me of when I found her practically dead, I started to cry but managed to stop as I saw the paramedic looking at me.

I held onto Alisha's hand and kissed her forehead telling her everything was going to be okay...I didn't know that but I know that's what she needed to hear.

I was pushed out of the emergency room door on arrival as they wheeled her in.

I felt helpless.

My mind went into overdrive as I was thinking about what was wrong with her.

I honestly didn't have a clue.

An hour or so later Alisha had been for x rays and various other tests and she had now regained consciousness, I asked to see her strait away.

"Vic? Is that you?" Alisha's voice was husky and she was hooked up to a couple of monitors and she had an iv line in.

She looked so pale.

"Yes darling its me, how are you feeling?" I was trying to reassure her.

"I'm glad your here, I'm scared and in so much pain" Tears began to fall from her eyes.

"You didn't say anything did you? What tests did they do?" Alisha seemed extremely worried.

"No why would I? X-rays...bl" I was cut off from speaking.

"X-rays? Omg that's bad! Did they do an ultra sound?" Alisha was extremely panicked and she placed her hand onto her stomach....fuck I never thought!

"Shit!! I will go tell a nurse now see if she can book you one" I was worried and panicked now also.

"Vic you have tony ell them its yours if they ask....you can't tell then that it was rape, I'd have to report it then" tTears streamed down her cheeks.

"Okay baby" I didn't want to agree I really didn't but I didn't want to make things harder even though she needs to tell the police.

I went and told the nurse and she sorted one instantly.

Alisha was placed into a wheel chair and took to the maternity ward.

*Alisha's POV*

The nurse began to explain things and ask a few questions.

She began by asked when we last had intercourse so I told her the date.

"16th of April"

"Right okay....have you been experiencing any symptoms that have been noticable to yourself?

I sighed as I replied "Yes, I'm constantly sick and find it hard to keep anything down, occasionally I get cramp however there mild, sore breasts, bloating and back pains"

Vic looked at me quite shocked.

"Okay sweetie, have you taken a test?"

"Yep I took too two weeks after intercourse however results were invalid" I explained to the nurse who looked quite concerned.

"We'll it sounds as if you are to me so I'd like to do a test here so could you urinate in this for me and then jump on the scales"

I went to the toilet and unrated into the cup gave it to the nurse then stood on the scales.

"A little underweight but we can sort that"

He stop watch beeped and she toddled off to the desk and told us the results.

"It's positive, congratulations" A smile was spread across her face.

Vic was in a state of shock...so was I to be honest.

"We'll what I need to do is an internal examination. So can you go behind the curtain and remove your clothing from the waist down"

I sighed at the thought at what she was going to do. I went behind the curtain and did so anyway.

I sat on the bed and placed the sheet over my thighs as she later instructed. I held onto Vic's hand as she warned that it could be uncomfortable.

She began and I squeezed his hand.

Vic kissed my forehead calming me slightly.

"Everything's fine there! So are you ready to see your baby?"

I nodded but before she carried on she looked at me worried.

"What's wrong?" I panicked...I think I'm going to have a panic attack.

"We'll you had X-rays and other tests which can be harmful to baby. It can cause miscarriages and deformities"

Oh my god.
