A Match Into Water

These past two years of my life have been awful, I've been through some unimaginable things in my life and every one of them life scarring. This is my life.

Here it is another day in hell, the same as the day before.

I woke up and emerged out of my bed and saw my reflection in the mirror, I froze. As soon as I wake up in the morning I get reminded how fat, vile and disgusting I am. I looked at my vulgar body covered in crimson red blood stains and slashes they were strangely calming when they were entwined with sliver scars that caressed the ruby red. They complemented each other. I cant help but imagine when them vile men touched me and abused me. I sat on the floor and broke down in floods of tears thinking.......remembering my past I pulled out my razor and engraved more lines into my body and watched the blood flow out, I got up after a while and wiped away the blood and put dressings on the deeper ones, I never got chance to shower as I would have been late.

It was lunch break and the day had flown by however that was because I hadn't seen Jade she made my life part of the living hell that it was....that living hell that was my life. I had phoned Amber many times but there was no reply. I wondered aimlessly round the school trying to find her however I didn't get chance to as I felt this hard tug on my hair then a hard push forcing me to the floor, Jade began to hit me and hit me hard. I was fine with it after all I deserved it, I didn't cry or whimper due to that. However she decided to be particularly beat me with all her force that day. She kicked me, my ribs took all the impact. I burst out crying alongside with a loud scream she told me to "shut up the fuck up whore!" and carried on kicking and punching me with all her force, she wanted to do some damage.

The next thing I knew there was a sudden holt of fists and feet, someone had pulled Jade off me and there was stood over me protecting me, I couldn't see anything clearly due to my face swelling up to the force that has been inflicted upon it. This person was shouting "Jade are you out your fucking mind! Look at her Jade, look at her she hasn't done anything to you" All I heard was Jades cackle and slowly fade. The next thing I knew I was picked up off the floor and I was being aided to walk my arm was across there shoulders, Amber has come to save me.

"Thank you Am...." my words turned into whispers as I realised that it wasn't Amber but Vic from my class.

"Oh Vic I'm sorry I thought you was Amber, she is the only one who stands up for me when it comes to Amber" I whimpered at the pain I was in and how hard it was to walk.

"Hey Alisha don't worry about it, can you walk properly?" Vic said looking at me which so much sympathy in his eyes.

It took me a while to answer "oh y...yeah I'm ok" before I knew it I was swept off my feet and I was in Vic's arms I began to cry that I had been picked up and that I was crushing him.

Vic realised I was crying harder than I was previously and carries me into the disabled toilet as nobody really goes in there he sat me on the closed toilet lid. Went over to the sink and wet some tissue and walked back over to me.

"Can you take your blazer off please babe?" Vic said placing his hand on my shoulder ready to help me, I nodded and Vic took my blazer off for me as he could see how hard it was, he stepped back and looked and me and said in such a sad tone "there is blood everywhere sweetie"

Before he began to wipe away the blood he apologised in advance if he hurt me then began to wipe, I whimpered in pain he quickly pulled away and looked at me I nodded my head to say it was ok for him to carry on.

"Vic, can I stay with you today please I don't want to be alone?" I said slightly embarrassed.

"Darlin I'd love you too, you can meet Tony, Jaime and Mike....you'll love them and they will love you too before you ask" flashing a smile at me looking quite giddy.

"Thank you for everything, you didn't have to do this you know?" I said looking at his face.

"I know but I want to and hey I will look out for you....it wont just be Amber now"

Vic scanned my body to see if there was anymore blood he noticed quite a bit near my ribs, he knew that's where the majority of my pain was coming from.

"I'm not being sexual in anyway but I noticed that your bleeding near your ribs, can you pull your shirt up so I can have a look please and tuck it under your bra?" he said biting his lip making him look incredibly cute even though he looked worried.

"Yeah that's fine" I pulled up my shirt without a second thought......I realised about all the scars on my stomach and all the fresh cuts from this morning half with dressings on my heart suck.

All I heard was Vic gasp...my eyes filled with tears and I felt so ashamed that I let him see and that I have scarred him for life with my vile body.

"Alisha......I.....I.."
