Tony's P.O.V

When I woke up the next morning it wasn't by the usual yelling of my mom. Instead there was a soft knock.

I groaned and got up, opening the door I expected my mom but instead there was a girl. She was a bit shorter than me, not by much and was extremely pale. She had green eyes rimmed with eyeliner and some smokey looking make up on her eyes. She had curly eyelashes that were hidden behind a pair of glasses that where perched up on her nose. Her hair wend from darker to lighter and was styled pin straight with some added volume at the top. All in all this girl was beautiful.

"Uhm T-Tony right? Your mom wanted me to wake you up." She said looking everywhere but at me. I looked down and noticed I was in my boxers and my hair was a mess, I probably looked like shit. I quickly hid behind the door hitting my elbow on the process.

"Thanks, sorry you had to see me like this. Ill be down in a minute" I mumbled trying to be confident a bit but obviously failed.
"No problem" she smiled a bit before turning and walking downstairs. I watched her walk noticing how the
black skinny jeans hugged her legs unlike the over sized crew neck she was wearing. She looked odd but it fit her perfectly.

After I did my whole morning routine I pulled on a hoodies and walked down stairs. When I saw the girl again she was putting on contacts sitting next to Lidia.

"Tony! C'mere and meet Lidia's daughter. She got here after you went to bed last night" my mom began.

"Uhm hi" I waved nervously. After our encounter this morning I was a bit embarrassed.
"Hi" she waved back. It got awkwardly quiet so Lidia spoke up.

"How about you two get going? It's getting late"

"Oh uhm yeah." I nodded grabbing my bag. The girl whose name I haven't learned followed my actions. I walked to the door expecting to be followed. She said a small good bye to Lidia and my mom before following me out. We started walking towards the school in silence. I didn't really know what to say.

"Uhm my name is Crystalluna. But Crystal for short" she said with a small but noticeable Mexican accent.

"That's a pretty name...doesn't it mean like Crystal moon?" I asked trying to hold a conversation with her.

"Yeah pretty much" she smiled.

"Well I'm Tony. Antonio but I go by Tony" I smiled back looking up at her. This girl was beautiful, it didnt take a genius to figure that out.

Once we got to school I debated on what I should do. I could either stay with her and get picked on in front of her or just do me and let her do whatever.

"Will you came with me to get my schedule? I don't want to get lost.." She asked with a slight smile. I nodded and motioned her to follow me, there goes my options.

While we walked to the office I kept feeling people's eyes on us. It was uncomfortable to say the least.

"How can I help you?" The lady at the front desk asked. I don't really like her, she always give me this cold look that makes me shiver.

"We need her schedule." I said bluntly. The last asked for her name to which she happily gave her. Afterwards we left the office and I looked over her schedule.

"We have a couple of classes together" I smiled giving her back her schedule.

"Cool, atleast I know somebody" she smiled. I was about to say something else but I was cut off by some girl. I think her name was Holland or something like that.

"Hi my name's Holland but everybody calls me Holly. You must be new here, my friends and I will show you around so you don't get stuck with this freak-o" she said in her overly chirpy voice. Luna furrowed her eyebrows and looked at me. Before she could say anything I decided it would be best if I left.

"See you around Lune.." I said softly before walking away. I didn't mean to give her the nickname but hopefully she doesn't mind.
I could hear laughter behind me as I left. Guess I was right and Luna will just me another person that picks on me.

I hurried to my first period and sat in the back, my usual seat. The bell rang and the class filled with a bunch of people trying to reach their seats.

"Tony? Are you ok?"Crystal's voice asked from next to me. I didn't bother looking up and just stared at the desk which suddenly was the most interesting thing in the world.

"Tony?" She asked again. From the far corner of my eye I could see her fiddling with the sleeves of her sweater nervously.

"Don't even bother Crystal, he's fucking weird" Chris, one of the schools football players said. I tried my best not to look up because if I did she'll just laugh or look at me in disgust.

She didn't say anything else but I could still feel her gaze on me. Mr.Williams soon walked In making everyone grow quiet.

"Morning class, how is everybody?" He asked. A chorus of 'good' was heard throughout the class.
"Awesome. Before we begin lets give a warm welcome to our new student! Crystalluna is that right? How about you introduce yourself?" He smiled towards Luna.

"Uhm. Just Crystal. Well I'm 17 and I come from Mexico with my mom. That's about it..." She smiled nervously.

"Mexico? Bet it's amazing over there!" Holly squeaked with excitement. I rolled my eyes and let out a groan.

"Actually...I.. I like it better here. The people.." She said smiling at me making my cheeks grow hot. I smiled back but it soon fell when another dude spoke up.

"Duh, I'm here" he snickered making everybody laugh.

"Well that's great. Hope you like it here" Mr. Williams smiled.

"She doesn't have a partner yet. Maybe she can be with Holly and I." Chris said already pulling Crystal's desk towards him.

"Yeah sure is that okay with you Crystal ?" Mr.Williams asked.

"Uhm. A-Actually I was hoping that maybe I could work with Tony." She said making everybody look at me. I look at the teacher, my eyes wide. I worked alone.

"Yeah ok." He shrugged turning to write math problems on the board.

"Why even try? You do know she's just being Nice right?" Another kid said towards me.

"Yeah she just feels sorry." Chris said before breaking into a conversation with his stupid little group

"Hope you don't mind" Luna said taking a seat next to me

"No...why did you do that?" I asked a little more rudely than I intended.

"Well I'm living with you and you're nice and these people seem a little mean and well. Why not?" She asked.

"Oh. Ok." I smiled starting to write down the problems.

"Are you good at math?" She asked writing down the problems too.

"Yeah...very."

"Oh really?"

"Really. Did you know Mr.Perry can solve a rubix cube in less than two minuets? Quiet, but amazing" Mr.Williams smiled walking up to us.

"That's great" Crystal said smiling at me. I smiled back and nodded as a thank you.

"Alright class work with your partners with these problems. Ill be right back" and with that Mr.Williams left the room.

"Fucking smart ass" Chris said towards me making everybody laugh.

I rolled my eyes an ignored them like I always did.

"What is it Perry? Scared?" He pressed on. I sighed and put my things away getting up just in time with the bell.
I was quick to leave before I heard Crystal laugh or something.
