-3 weeks later-
"Jaime! Stop seriously we're gunna be late!" I laughed as Jaime kissed my cheek for what seemed the one hundredth time.
"Fine fine. Im just excited for your graduation! remember how happy you were when the guys and i graduated? thats how happy i am right now."He chuckled finally letting me go.
"We are all Jaime." Vic smiled from the drivers seat.
"Yeah then party afterwards! Finna be the shit!" Mike said bouncing in his seat.
"Yeah I know." I smiled playing with my curled hair.
"Well here we are, now c'mon! You're supposed to be there by now!" Vic said jumping out the car and pulling me out.
"Wait! I forgot my little hat thingy!" I said trying to pull Vic back but with no avail. Mike and Jaime were running behind us.
"I got it! No worries!" Jaime yelled as Vic and I entered the school auditorium. I gave Vic a hug before getting in the line of students that were standing along the stage, well he pretty much pushed me.
I bumped into someone but turned quickly when Jaime ran behing me.
"Here you forgot this. Goodluck baby girl we love you!" Jaime said placing the tassel on my head.
"Thankyou so much Hime, I love you guys too." I smiled back. Jaime was smiling cheek to cheek until his eyes wandered behind me. The. He looked serious.
"Crystal, you're up there not behind here. I'm guessing they're in ABC order by last name." He said not taking his eyes away from whoever he was looking at. I frowned and looked behind me, my smile fading away aswell.
"Lookie lookie who we have here Perry, your old pal Crystalluna!" Andy said patting Tony's back.
"Oh fuck off." Jaime said rolling his eyes and pulling me to the front of the line. Once I was in my place Jaime ran to were Vic and Mike were. I sighed and looked back to we're Tony was. Surely, he was starring at me like a complete creep. He smiled but only when Andy finally looked away. I haven't even seen or talked to Tony for weeks and he thinks we're cool? He was never home since he was always with his new friends. Side kicks more like it.
He's even ignores Mike, Vic and Jaime so I didn't even feel bad when I flipped him off.
"Ahem, Ms.Garcia?" The principle asked making me jump. Apparently I was next but I was to busy looking at Tony.
Some people laughed as I finally made it to get my diploma and shook whoever was there to shake my hand. I stood to a side since I was picked to do a speech. A speech I haven't even written, so I just had to wing it.
After everyone had their diplomas it was the Valedictorian's turn to do the speech, I was to be at his side.
"Now, I word from our Valedictorian, Mr.Antonio Perry!" The principal cheered before he walked off.
Just my luck. Of corse he would be Valedictorian, he's extremely smart.
I awkwardly walked up next to Tony who stood over me. I looked into the crowd of parents and friends. My mom and Mrs.Perry gave me sad smiles, knowing how I probably felt uncomfortable.
"Well, how about we start from the beginning?" Tony said with a smile. I nodded and plastered the best smile I could.
"I actually never thought I would be we're i am now, I used to be the nerd with no friends but now I'm the nerd with ago easy some friends right?" Tony said making people laugh. Vic, Mike and Jaime left slamming the door making a loud bang sound throughout the room. Everything got eerily quiet so I decided to speak up.
"Uhm..yeah I never thought I would be were i am now. Coming from Mexico I never really had the opportunity to go to a school that actually teaches." I joked causing some people to give small laughs.
"But now I had the opportunity and I am extremely grateful. I've also met wonderful people on the way, naturally I've also encountered not so wonderful people...I had a taste of love, and a lot of heartbreak...but I'm happy. Unlike Mr.Perry here, I had friends. Still d, most amazing people you'll ever meet. I wasn't the need with no friends. I was the the stupid person trying to be a friend to said 'nerd'. But in the end, I'm happy and that's all that matters so thankyou teachers, fellow class men, my name is Crystalluna Garcia and I'm outtie!" I said yelling the last part and throwing my tassel in the air. Everyone did the same leaving Tony there looking dumbfounded.
I ran towards my mom and Mrs.Perry while everyone cheered and gave them a hug.
"We'll be waiting for Tony. Go before they leave you." My mom said with a smile. I nodded and ran out the double doors of the auditorium.
Outside there was Jaime, Vic, and Mike who had a cancer stick in between his lips.
"What's wrong?" I asked when I reached them.
"Nothing." Mike said quietly. I obviously didn't believe him.
"Seriously?"
"Did you hear what he said? He had no friends before those assholes. What were we then? Did we really mean that little to him?" Vic asked a bit irritated.
"For real. More than five years of friendship for nothing.." Jaime added.
"Look can we forget about this? It's time to have a good time not morn over a lost friend. We're leaving for Disney tomorrow remember? Now let's get drunk so that we can be on that plane hung over as hell." Mike smiled causing us to smile too.
"Let's do it! Woo!" Vic cheered running towards his car.
Mike and Jaime grabbed one of my hands and started running towards Vic's car.
