I got into a warm shower. The warm water relaxed my tense muscles a little. I guess I slept in a weird position because my neck had a slight pain every time I turned to the right.
I slid on some black shorts and a white tank top. Pulled my teal hair up in a bun and did my makeup. By the time I got out everybody was gone and the bus was alone. They probably went to eat a quick breakfast and set up for warped.
I took this time I had alone to call my best friend Zach.
The phone rang three times until I heard his voice pick up.
"Hey hon, long time no speak" Zach said with his drowsy morning voice.
"Hey did I wake you?"
"Kinda"
"Oh, im sorry I will call you later then"
"Nah, its okay i am awake now, what is wrong love?"
"My world has been falling apart and I need to get out of here or else I am going to explode!"
"Why hon?"
"Zach, I KISSED MIKE! TWICE!"
"OH SHIT VANESSA! WHAT ABOUT JAIME!?!"
"I love Jaime! I really do! But lately I have had this connection with Mike and I get butterflies every time he looks at me! The kisses just keep happening!!!"
"Does anyone else know?"
"No just you! Me and Mike dont want to hurt anyones feeling so we havent told anybody! But this guilt is eating me up! What do I do Zach!!"
"I don't know Vanessa, you truly are dug up in a hole.It is ultimately your choice if you want to tell Jaime or not either way there is a consequence. But everything will be okay baby!"
"Will it?"
Yes hon, things will work out. Personally I would tell Jaime. Or I would just come home."
"I really need to think this through, home really sounds like the place to be right now."
"Well I have to go deal with my problems Zach, I really miss you! I love you!"
"I love you too and I miss you to infinity and beyond! Bye love"
Even though Zach didnt really give me any advice it was great telling someone I trust and kind of getting this off my chest, Zach reminded me of home which meant comfort.
I decided San Diego is the place I need to be, home.

I got off the bus and made my way to the merch stand to get ready for another long hot day and hopefully I wouldn't get attacked by obsessed fan girls.
"Hey babe!" Jaime crept up on me.
"Hey!" I gave him a tense fake smile.
"We are actually staying at a hotel tonight" Jaime said.
"Oh thats great! We finally get a break from that lousy tour bus!" I said. I was excited to stay at a hotel. That way Mike would be in another room while me and my boyfriend would be in another. This way nothing will happen tonight.
"Yeah!" Jaime agreed.
The rest of the day was long and hot. I waited for Jaime so we could go to the hotel room. But instead Mike came along to "talk"
