The sun rays shined through the blinds beckoning me to wake up. The bed felt unnaturally cold. i rolled over to see that my African Queen was not by my side.


I frantically shot up. Where was Sam? Did she find out about me cheating and left? Did she take Michelle with her?

I placed my feet on the ground. The wood was cold against my barefeet as I trudged to Chelley's room. I quietly peeped inside to see her snuggled up to the hello kitty teddy bear I had won at the fair. I sighed in relief, but then started to worry again. Where in the world is Sam?

I walked to the kitchen and as if second nature, wandered straight to the coffee pot. There was a piece of paper laying on the bar, a note from Sam.

"Good morning Mike! Vic and I went to do some last minute Christmas shopping. We'll be back sometime this afternoon. I love you babe, Sam."

I smiled to myself. God I loved that girl. And to think that I could have ruined everything with her. To think that she could be out of my life. But she's not and that's good.

"Daddy!" Michelle yawned as she waddled i up to me "Where's mommy and Vicky?"

"From the looks of this note your mommy left" I pick her up and sit her on my hips "They went Christmas shopping."

Michelle eyes sparkled at the word Christmas "Ohhhh weally!" She squirmed in my grasp "Do you thind I can open a present now daddy?"

"Not now princess." I chuckled at her eagerness "You can wait two more days."

"I don't wanna wait." Chelle whinned throwing me her puppy dog face. "Please! Please! Please!"

I looked at her and laughed. Sam makes the same exact puppy dog face "I can't pumpkin." I look at her "If I do Santa might get mad and not bring you anything."

Her eyes went wide "Oh No! " she yelled shaking her head "Can't have that daddy, can't have that."

I chuckled to myself as I carred her into the frontroom and plopped on the couch. "What do you wnat to do?"

"movie!" Michelle shouted grabbing the romote and turning on the t.v. She started flipping through the channels. I was busy fiddling with my phone. Until i heard he scream "Frosty the Snowman!"

We snuggled together wrapped in a blanket and watched the tale of a snowman until we both fell to sleep."

"We wish you a Merry Christmas! We wish you a Merry Christmas! We wish you a Merry Christmas!" Me and Chelle sanged "and a Happy New yearrr!"

"Yeah! Woohooo!" Sam, Jaime, Vic and Tony cheered as we wrapped up the song.

"Tank You!" Michelle bowed toward the guys "Tank you verwy much!"

"Now that.......that's freaking adorable." Jaime laughed as he watched Michelle bow "Almost as adorable as me."

I laughed and rolled my eyes "In your dreams Hime Time" I picked Michelle up and started to the kitchen and smirked at Jaime "Sexyness like this runs in the family."

"Yeah!" Michelle said trying to copy the face I was making but failed. But it was cute. "Daddy I want some hot chocolate."

Michelle and I have been sanging Christmas songs for the bast hour and my throat was parched and I'm pretty sure her's is too.

"Of course babygirl." I smile while walking over to the fridge to grab the milk. I sit her down on the bar as I warm up the milk. After it's warm i hand her a cup "here ya go pumpkin."

She looks at the cup strangely "What's wong babygirl."

"No marshmallows." she says looking up at me.

"Ops, daddy's sorry!" I reach into the cabinet and grab a bag "You can have fifteen in all. But put five in your hot chocolate."

"So that means that I can eat." She furrowed her eyebrows in concentration. "ten."

I smiled "Yep that's right. Good job pumpkin."

I watch as she counts out five and places them in the cup. She then moves ten to the side and places them on a napkin. Five minutes later the door bell rings.

"I'll get it." I say

Michell reaches her arms out at me "I wanna go too."

i laugh and pick her up. She has three jumbo marshmallows in her hand. i shake my head and laugh at how cute she is. When I get to the door I look through the peep hole to see two police officers.

The first person i think of is jaime. He's been dabbing in a lot of drugs. How about if they're here for him? That's like a disast waiting to happen.

I opened the door "Hello officers." i say as sternly as my body allows "What can i do for you?"

"Hello, I'm officer Rodriguez." said the shorter hispanic one "and this is my partner Officer Daniels."

I shook my head okay "Well hello, I'm Michael Fuentes."

"And I'm Michelle Fuentes." Michelle beamed nterrupting me "This is my Papa." she pointed at me.

"You're Michael Christopher Fuentes" Officer Rodriguez asked suprisingly

"Yes, I am." I said slightly shocked that he knew my whole name though granted all our fans know our names but it's still weird.

Officer Daniels looked at me sadly "i think you should take your daughter inside."

I loooked at him suprisingly "Why's that officer?"

"I wouldn't appreciate my daughter seeing me get arrested." Officer Daniels said looking at me with caring eyes "I'm sure you wouldn't either."

I sat there flabbergasted. Me........I thought they were here for Jaime. Why would they want to arrest me? I didn't do anything wrong.....did I. Not that I know of.

"Why?" I chocked out barely above a whisper "Why are you arresting me?"

"For that statutory rape of Fralena Nikki Danky."





And just like that. In just a heartbeat. My world was destroyed by disaster..
