Alan's POV

Everyone stood still for a moment. We looked at each other, unsure whether to look back.
"Uh, hello?"
My knees felt weak. I felt like I was gonna come crashing onto the floor. It was just that... I haven't heard her voice in so long. Everyone ran to her side but me. I kept on trying to process everything. I could hear her laughter at the things that the guys were saying.

Snap out of it, Alan! Fionna is awake! After months of seeing her lifeless body in a hospital bed, I can finally see the color of her eyes again.
I shook my head and turned around. Hugs from each band member was given to her and the tears of joy that were let out could cry Justin Timberlake a river.

"What happened?" Fionna questioned. "It doesn't matter.You're safe now." I smiled. He stared at me intensively. "Who are you?"

My heart sank.

"W-what do you mean? Who am I?" This isn't how I expected it to be. Everyone looked at me with sad eyes. I knelt down next to her bed and grabbed her hand. "C'mon, Fionna, it's me! Alan! A-Alan Ashby!" I squeezed her hand and she pulled away. "I'm sorry... I don't know who you are." she said.
I stood up and looked at everyone. Pity. They all just pitied me.

I ran out of the room and pulled on my hair. How can she remember them but forget all about me?

I just... I JUST HAVE TO MAKE SURE SHE REMEMBERS!
