I met the guys half way and their faces dropped when they saw her. I could worry about sadness later. Adeline and her life came first. Jaime took her out of my arms and sprinted to the tent, all of us trying to keep up.

"SARAH!" We screamed. She jumped and looked at us. Jaime ran up and placed her on the bed.
"Adeline?" She said baffled as she looked at us. "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!" She screamed and felt her pulse.
"W-We don't know. She looked like she got jumped or something.." She put her ear up to Addie's mouth and mumbled a 'shit'.
"She's not breathing. Alright, we need to get her into the ambulance, now." She said. We nodded and she rolled the gernie up to the back of the back of the ambulance and pushed her in, hooking up different machines to her. I felt my heart break when she turned on the heart rate machine to see the line barely moving. I wanted to run up to Addie and hold her hand, kiss her, scream at her to wake up, but I knew I had to stay back.

Sarah placed an oxygen mask around her and pumped oxygen into her.
"Fuck... Come on Addie." She whispered, moving around frantically and turning on another machine. I noticed that it was a defibrillator and she cut her shirt before rubbing the paddles together and placing it to her chest.
"CLEAR!" Her body arched off of the bed and I bursted into tears and ran to her. The other guys had tears in their eyes and held me back.
"No!" I choked out.
"CLEAR!" I lunged towards her again and Sarah's head whipped towards me.
"GET HIM OUT!"
"NO!"
"THEN LET ME DO MY JOB!" She screamed. I sighed and nodded, keeping my eyes glued on the screen before me.
"She's gotta make it through this..." She whispered and hit a few buttons to raise the power. "CLEAR!" Adeline's body flew off the bed yet again, but this time she came back down and started to spasm as her heart rate went crazy.
"ADDIE!" We all screamed.
"Relax, it's normal. Her heart rate will take a few seconds to get back to a steady rythem from it being almost still. How long was she out?" She asked as she went back to the oxygen mask. I fumbled around in my pocket and pulled out my phone, looking at the time of the text that I still had to figure out what she meant.
"Maybe 10 minutes?" She nodded.
"You guys got lucky. If heart beats slow to that rate, you should be dead in about 3 minutes." She whispered, a shocked expression on her face. Tears streamed down my face at the thought of how close I was to losing her. I looked over to the guys who were crying too as they looked at Adeline. Addie whimpered and we all huddled around her as Sarah took the mask off.
"Adeline, can you open your eyes?" She asked. She squinted them before closing them again. I grabbed her hand.
"Good job, again. try to keep them open this time." She opened them again and looked at all of us before tears streamed down her face and she screamed.
"What? What hurts babe?" I asked frantically.
"E-Everything.." She croaked.
"Okay guys, I need to make sure that nothing's broken and stitch up her forehead. You guys gotta step out."
"N-No, let them stay. I can't do it without them." Addie whispered. Sarah sighed and nodded.
"Okay, but guys, try to stay out of my way as much as possible." We all nodded and Vic grabbed her other hand.
"Alright, you know the drill Addie." She said. Addie closed her eyes and nodded, taking a deep breath and holding it. Sarah pushed along her ribs and she screamed in pain, making the guys and I jump.
"You gotta hold it Adeline. I know it's hard, but I have to make sure you don't have any broken ribs. Relax, and try again." She squeezed her eyes tightly and had a death grip on Vic and I's hand before taking a deep breath. Sarah pushed around and she whimpered. Vic shushed her and I grabbed her hand tighter than she was and kissed her cheek.
"Okay, exhale." She did so and whined in pain. I felt my heart break at how vulnerable and hurt she was.

Sarah shook her head at us, telling us that nothing was broken and we all sighed in relief.
"T-Tony." Addie whimpered.
"I'm here.. what is it beautiful?"
"Last night, when I saw Steph." I thought back as my memory flickered to the melt down she had last night.
"Yeah?"
"She's here. I think she did this." The guys' eyes got wide and I froze.
"Tony, talk. Now."
"Not the time. I need to finish everything. Tony can explain what he needs to LATER." Sarah snapped and pulled out the tools to stitch her up.


How could Steph do this? How is she even in Florida?
