I Met The Love Of My Life.

You Could Lock Me Up In Your Heart & Throw Away The Key.

Tony and I were sorting out our furniture. We were trying to sort out things we could take, things we could toss, things we have to keep in the storage. The good thing about this whole moving in together thing is that Cassie and Jaime are moving into the house I’m in just now, and Tony and Jaime are selling their house and will most likely split the money.

“Okay so we’re definitely taking your bed. Yours is much, much comfier. I can keep mine here for Cassie to have a spare room.” I said and Tony nodded.

“Okay so that’s one thing. We have our walk in wardrobe, half of its mine and half of its yours, so we can throw out mine since its shitty and you can keep yours here.”

“Okay.” I sighed, “We need to go through our clothes and everything.”

“We already know you’re going to dominate the bloody thing anyway.” Tony laughed and I laughed too, cuddling into his side. “What about living room and kitchen stuff?”

“Hmm.” I thought about it for a moment. There’s no reason why Jaime can’t bring Tony and his things here and I take my things to our new house. Most of the furniture in this house is mine, anyway. “Everything that’s mine can go to the dream house.”

The dream house, that’s what we’ve decided to call our new home. Purely because I’d always dreamed about living in it when I was younger, and boy, was I in love with it.

“So we only really need to get plates, new bedding, curtains, toilet things and everything for the baby’s room?” Tony asked.

I nodded, “That’s it.”

“That’s great. With the money the house sells for we’ll get everything no bother. Do you want to go out and buy paint for ours and the baby’s room?”

“Yeah!” I squealed. I love painting. “I’ll go get ready.”

I took my hair down from the bun it was in and let it sit in its messy waves. Satisfied with my hair I just had to fix my face. I sat down (carefully) in front of the mirror and pulled my makeup bag from my desk. I emptied out the contents and started with my foundation. I made sure every flaw on my face was covered before dabbing my whole face with powder. I then filled in my eyebrows, making sure they were perfectly proportioned to one another. I then got my eyelash curler and curled my eyelashes, before putting mascara on them, then doing a thin layer of eyeliner on my top lid. Once satisfied, I put on a bright red lipstick and stood up. I sprayed myself with some perfume and kept my Edward Scissorhands top and leggings on. I shoved on my Doc’s and went out to meet Tony.

He smiled as he saw me, “It’s so amazing to see you with that baby bump. You look beautiful.” He said, kissing my lips, then groaning because of the lipstick. I took it off his lips and cuddled him.

“I’m so excited to meet our baby.” I said. He nodded, grabbing the keys to our new house and the keys to his car, before grabbing my hand and walking out to the car.

We sang along to songs that we used to listen to when we were 17 whilst on the way to get the paint for the rooms. It felt like old times. I felt like me. I felt happy. Tony grabbed hold of my hand and kissed it repeatedly.

“I’m so happy.” he said.

“I am too, honey.” I smiled.

Once we got to the store I unbuckled my seatbelt and Tony rushed round to my door to help me out of the car.

“You know, I’m only pregnant, I can get out of the car.” I laughed once I’d gotten up.

“I know, but I’m only being a little gentleman.” He smiled and I shook my head, laughing.

Tony and I held hands as we walked into the store, and he constantly kept me close to him. I felt so loved, even after everything we’re still so close to each other. He makes me happy, okay?

“I think a kind of blue colour for our room, baby girl.” Tony said, looking down at me whilst I looked at a colour sheet.

“You know me too well.” I said and kissed him. “But we have to have like two white walls and two blue ones, because it’d look too blue. If you get me?”

Tony chuckled and nodded. “I like this one.” He said, pointing to a nice colour of blue that I, myself had actually liked.

“Me too.” I smiled.

“Well that’s that sorted.” Tony said, picking up two pots of it. “If we need more, we’ll get more baby.” He said, putting it into the trolley we had.

I pointed out white paint to him and he got them, taking my hand again and pushing the trolley with his other.

“I think lilac would be a nice colour for the baby’s room…” I said, biting back a smile. Let’s just say, I knew something Tony didn’t.

“Alice, don’t be silly. We have to do it a colour that could be used for both boys and girls.” Tony chuckled and walked on. He stopped after a few seconds. “Wait…” he said, and turned round to me, confusion apparent on his face.

“We’re having a girl Tony!” I squealed with excitement. I’d found out the other day at a scan Tony couldn’t make it to.

“What?!” he shouted. “When did you find out? I can’t believe this! We’re having a girl?!” he said, happiness in his voice. I nodded and he carefully picked me up in his arms and kissed my lips and my face all over. He set me down and I got lost in those beautiful eyes of his. All I seen in them was love, happiness, and there was tears trying their best to come through. “I’m so fucking happy, Alice.” He said, finally letting a happy tear come through, “I’ve always wanted a girl.” He smiled, kissing my lips.

“I know baby. I found out yesterday. I wanted it to be a surprise. So, lilac paint?” I smirked.
Tony laughed and nodded, “Hell yes.”

We picked the paints and went to pay for them. We spent the rest of the day in the dream house painting both the baby’s and our rooms.

We were lying in bed later on that night and I was wearing one of his shirts, laid flat on my back. Tony’s arm was around me, his fingers playing with my hair. He would occasionally kiss my forehead and I would occasionally turn round to kiss his lips. He put his hand on my very round stomach and kissed it. He kept his hand on my stomach for a very long time before he brought it up to stroke my cheek very gently and I leaned in to his touch.

“I love you. I could easily lie like this forever.”

I sighed in content. “Me too.”

Tony kissed my lips and I kissed back. After a few minutes, he pulled away, kissing my nose, both of my cheeks, then my forehead. I giggled and put my hand in his hair, playing with it.

“Thought of any names?” he asked, his voice was soft and sleepy.

I shook my head. “Have you?” I asked.

He nodded eagerly, “I like the names Robyn and Sophia.”

“Sophia Perry…” I said softly, “I like it. Sophia it is.”

“Do you think she’ll look like a Sophia?” Tony smiled, putting his hand on my stomach again.

“Definitely.” I smiled.

Title credit: And The Snakes Start To Sing - BMTH

So guys, I apologize for the lack of updates. My mum sadly lost her fight with cancer on the 19th September, and since then I've been doing my best to keep strong, thanks to all of my family, friends, and you guys on here. Any messages/comments I've gotten are amazing, and thank you all for every single one of them - I appreciate it. I felt like one of the only ways I'm going to keep myself sane is to put my heart back into writing these stories and pour my emotions out into them. I hope you all enjoyed this chapter, though x
