*Tonys POV*

'So before I started, please remember we where young and I was stupid' She nodded, her eyes begging for me to continue ' The reason I never came back to you after the tour was because I was scared, so fucking scared. I'd never felt like I did towards someone like I did to you and it really scared me and knowing you felt the exact same way scared me even more. Before we left for tour, I was considering asking you to marry me, thats how strong my feelings for you where and still are but I couldnt do it, I was scared you'd say no and I'd lose the love of my life and my heart. The thought of not having you around me forever ripped me apart and that scared so I did what I thought was right and cut you out of my life but holy fuck was I wrong. I'm sure if you know this but a few weeks into the tour I got a phone call from my mom telling me my dad had died and I just snapped. The pressure of loving you and not being able to hold you and the hurt of my dad dying, it just broke me, I became depressed. I wouldnt talk, I wouldnt eat, I didnt leave my bunk apart from when we had a show. I was alive but I wasnt living and I also found out we have more in common than we thought' I pulled up my sleeve and showed her the self inflicted scars, just like she did to me many years ago. Her eyes fulled with pain and sad, her hand reached her mouth to stop as gasp as tears spilled from her eyes, the only thing I could do was wipe them away with my thumb as she ran her fingers across the scars. 'I was a scared 17 year old boy who didnt know anything about life. When I became depressed, I was too scared to face you again, so when we came back home, I went to live with Jaime, because I knew you wouldnt look for me there. If only I had know that you where suffering, I wouldnt have been such a dick but Im no longer confused and thats why I kept the promise ring. Just because I left doesnt mean I stopped loving you but I never got the chance to tell you again until a few weeks ago, I regret everything I did, it was the wrong way to approach things, but youre back in my life now and to be honest, thats all that matters to me. I love you Emily, I never stopped' I placed my hands on top of Emilys ' The promise ring means something, I'm over the moon fate brought us back together, I love you more than words can describe adn we could be worlds apart but that would never change the way I feel about you right now' I looked up and looked straight into Emilys eyes they where red and swollen.
'Tony... I had no idea, I'm so sorry, I was scared too, Im completely understand' She grabbed my arm, and run her fingers over the scars once again ' and we'll fight this together, just because we cant save eachother from the creatures that dont die, doesnt mean we cant fight' She cupped my face in her hands and pulled me in for a kiss, it wasnt hungry, it was passionate, It was caring and loving, soft and tender.
'Hey, guys I got the.... oh... uhm....' Adam re-entered the bus and stood in the door way awkwardly.
'Thank you so much Adam, you're probably the best photographer of our time, you know? I'm serious, you amazing!' Emily stood up and took the photo from his hands and hugged him, kissing his cheek at the same time. 'Thanks again Adam, come on Tony, lets leave Adam to do his job, see you later!'
'Thanks Emily. bye guys!'
We left the bus and Emily grabbed my hand, pulling me along as we ran, we dont even know where, we just ran and laughed.
*Emilys POV*

I couldnt believe what Tony had just told me, he was suffering but the whole time I was more concerned about how he left me and how I felt. I was selfish and should never had been so ride to Tony, he was hurting too but I was to blind to see. Im an awful girlfriend.
When we where finally out of breath, we stopped running and sat on a near by green. ' I love you Mr.Perry, I love everything about you, your nerdiness, the fact you cant go one day with mentioning turtles, your smile, your eyes, that your a formal texter and always do everything you can for everyone, your such a selfless person, I cant believe I'm so lucky to have all to myself, again'
'Oh shut up you sap' he playfully punch my arm.
'Ouch, I believe thats abuse'
'Im sorry' he fake pouted.
'Take some pictures with me? I need more since most the ones of use together are from 5 years ago' I pulled my phone out of my pocket and turned the camera so it was facing us. We started off pulling funny faces and taking the piss out of each other, until Tony decided to kiss my cheek as I took the picture. I stopped and looked at the picture and remember I had one saved to my phone from our teen years. 'This is actually a little bit creepy...'
'Whats creepy?' He tried to look at my phone screen.
'Give me a second' I edited the pictures so they where side by side, they looked almost identical. I turned my phone to show Tony.
'Wow, that actually is pretty strange... I remember the day we took that photo'
~flash back~
Today Tonys taking me on our first date, since I get to choose where we're going, I chose the zoo. I'd lived in the US for over a year and still hadnt been to a zoo, we had zoo's in the UK but none in Wales and the nearest zoo wasnt the best. ' Emily, Tonys here!' My mum called from down stairs. I hurried into the living room, not being able to contain my excitement. 'You look beautiful, ready to go?'
'You bet I am!'
We arrived at the zoo and the first place we went was to the elephants, I'd always had a soft spot for the massive creature. ' Aw look at the baby one! Tony, buy me a baby elephant?'
'I'll buy you a hundred baby elephants' He grabbed my hand and led me to away to look at the turtles. After strolling around the zoo, hands intertwined and talking about nothing, we reached a part that was like fair, with games and few ride. Tony led me to a basket ball game, where if you got a certain amount of balls through the hop, you won a prize. 'You see that stuffed giraffe right there? Im going to win you that'
'I bet I can win it before you do'
'You want to make a bet?'
'Sure, how about if you win, you choose what we do next and if I win.... you have to take cute pictures with me and buy me food'
'Really pictures, ugh, I hate pictures' I pouted ' Fine, but I'm going to beat your little ass'
'I'd like to see you try turtle!' we started shooting hoops, drawing nearly all the time until I got the last shot before our time ran out. 'WOO! You owe me lunch and cute pictures'
'I forgot you had good aim, fine, what would you like for you lunch ma'am?'
'Hmmm. I'd like the finest sandwich the nearest establishment has to offer'
'We're really not right in the head' I nodded and agreed with him. We walked to the food court and ordered our sandwiches, vegetarian, of course. 'Hey, you still owe me cute pictures!'
'Ok then, let so them now while we're waiting' I pulled out my phone and put the camera up, I poked my tongue out while putting my lips in a funny shape. ' 3,2,1 CHEESE' As I said cheese Tony pressed his lips to my cheek, I didnt expect him to do that. I looked at the photo and Tony looked over my shoulder. 'See, cute, you want to take anymore?'
'Only a few' I returned my phone to the camera and did the count down again, but this time Tony grabbed my face and kissed me... Our first kiss. Needless to say, I soon forgot about the camera, pictures and food.
~End of flashback~
'That was a great day, out first date and first kiss!'
'And you chose the zoo of all places, I was going to take to a restaurant!'
'I hadnt been to a real zoo! That day is one of my favourite memories ever'
'Same here, we've got to be in the venue in an hour and a half, I think we should go and clean ourselves up' He held his hand out for me, I grabbed it and was pulled of the floor. Tony didnt let go of my hand the whole way to the bus. ' I'm showering first!' He ran off to the shower leaving me in the lounge area. I opened up the instagram app on my phone and posted the edited picture with the caption ' Somethings never change, like your love for someone, as much as you want to hate them or want to forget them, you cant and fate will always have a way of bringing you back together. The memories dont change but the people do. 5 and a half years on, we've changed but still feel the same. I love you @tonyperry. Thank you for everything' Only seconds after posting the picture, I was flooded with comments from fans of Tony asking if we're together, complementing me or calling me a bitch or a whore. I didnt reply to any of the comment, I wanted Tony to confirm that we where together. It wasnt until my phone pinged a few minutes after that I realised Tony was out of the shower. I'd been tagged in a picture on instagram by him, that picture that Adam took earlier today, the caption being:
'@elmakias got some awesome shots of PTV v Emily's water fight/ mud war earlier, this has to be my favourite though, @emilysboredagain, you're so beautiful, even if you are covered in mud and tackling me into a fucking muddy puddle, I love you millions Honey Bee :) x <3'

'Tony you big softy!' I shouted as I ran into the bunk area and jumped on his back ' I love you millions too, turtle'
