"We'll just... stage it as a contest. They'll never know. You can just hang out, and have fun. I promise." I know all too well not to trust people who make promises. Promises are fake. They never keep. People just say them to make you feel better. My name is Hadley-Ray Marie Cooper, and I defy odds.

Hadley-Ray was diagnosed with Leukemia at the age of 14. She was given an approximation of 3 years left to live. She is now 19 and doing fine. Defying odds is what she's best at. She lives in a tiny apartment in New York with her best friend Abby. When Hadley was 17, she made a wish at the Make a Wish Foundation. Two years later, they get the call. Hadley and Abby were going to get to live with Pierce The Veil for 3 weeks in a beach house in Clearwater, Florida. Only... part of Hadley's wish is for the members of Pierce The Veil to not know she is dying. And all goes fairly well until she falls for one of the members.

She loves her best friend more than anything and her life goal is for Hadley to die happy. Although they sometimes bicker due to Abby being a sort of "motherly figure". She just worries sometimes.

She's a very real girl... in the sense that she knows she is going to die. She knows she will never get married or have children. When she's faced with a situation, "fuck it!" Just live in the moment. Or at least that's what she tells people....

Bassist for PTV. He's a jokester and will never fail to make people laugh. He loves a good movie, and is always hyper! Although, he's sort of oblivious to many, many things.

Drummer of PTV. He's wild, crazy, and lives everything for the moment. No looking back, and no regrets. He's never had a steady relationship, just one night flings with fake-barbie-like girls.

Guitarist for PTV. The biggest sweetheart you will ever meet. Don't let his shyness fool you, because he is quite the comedian. Especially after a few drinks.

Singer/Guitarist for PTV. Brother to Mike, Vic is caring, funny, and loves his family and fans immensely. Though he is also very observant, and is the first to notice Hadley may not be in perfect health.
