Vics POV

We sit in the van that smells like dust, one of my hands occupied by the steering wheel. Her fingers lace into mine, I look over to her to see her smiling at me.

"So why did we need this old van?" Iris looks over to me in confusion, I can feel her eyes burn through the side of my head.
"We need to get it worked on for our next tour."
"But you guys have a bus?!" She splits out her words quickly.
"Uh it is for another band." I go quite.
"Oh," her hand goes loser in mine.

Her hair is up in a pony and she looks great. She smells like cherries and looks like the sun. The wind is blowing in her hair leaving it a tad messy.
She sing to all the songs that play on the stereo, her voice out of key almost every note, but she does not care. I hum to some of the songs I know, not giving a shit if I hit the notes right or not.
Time passed quickly with us having a fun time in the car, singing, air guitaring, drumming and bassing (?).


I drive up onto the driveway of our San Diego home, I see Hi-Me, Mike and Tony out on the front lawn having a game of soccer. I say to Iris "Just leave your bags in here, I will get them later."
I see the guys look over to the car and continue their game. I open the car door after I take the keys out of the emission.
"Hey guys!" I wave at them
"Hey" They all respond, happy to see me, I was only gone for two days.

Iris slowly got out of the car unpleased with what she saw.
"Hi," she gives them a shy smile.

Omg I am so sorry for not posting this when I promised it but I have had horrible writers block and I was too excited for the concert which did not help anything! But I HAD THE BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE! <3 I met Mike and got a picture with him!
