I stood in our front lounge pacing back and forth. I don't know what to do. I love Vic but do I tell him that? Do I break up with Chase? I love Chase! Why did stupid Vic Fuentes come back into my life? I sat down on the couch in frustration and put my head in my hands, then ran my fingers through my hair. We have three more shows I can wait. I thought as I stood up and walked to the fridge, I pulled out a beer and chugged it. Just as I was finishing it Jase came in. "Good afternoon, Drinking already?" He asked with a smile on his face. "Yeah rough day." I spoke back and threw my bottle away. "Come on, I'm taking you out to dinner, so we can talk." He grabbed my hand and pulled me off the bus. We walked for a few minutes and came to a Chinese restaurant. "Please can we have chinese?" I begged. "Sure." We walked in and were place at a booth in the corner. "What can I get you to drink?" "Coke please." "And for you?" "Same." "I'll be right back." And the happy girl walked away. "So spill, whats with you?" Jase asked. "I ran my hand through my hair. "So about two days after the beach day we had a while ago..." He nodded. "Vic pulled me aside and kissed me, and told me he wasn't gonna stop fighting for me...." Jase was wide eyed. The girl came back with our drinks. "Thank you." I said and balled up my straw wrapper and threw it at him. "Say something." I laughed at him. "Do you still love Chase?" He asked the only question I knew but didn't know. "Yes...I'm I do but-" "You will always love Vic?" "Exactly." I said and threw my hands into the air "Finally, another person understands my feelings." "Dude, I'm your best friend,Of coarse I understand your fucked up feelings." I leaned over and smacked him in the arm.
We ordered our food and eat and talked not really talking about anything specific. "So what are you gonna do when Warped ends?" Jase asked. "I don't know, I don't wanna leave Chase I love him but at the same time I wanna give Vic a second chance. You know?" "I understand but at the rate your going your gonna end up cheating on chase..." He threw his hands in the air. "I'm just saying, Give Vic another chance, and if he fails so be it..." He took my hand in his. "Chase will always love you and will most likely take you back if he does." He smiled and I knew I was gonna have to break up with Chase but how?
We finished our meal and walked back to the bus. We walked on and chase met me at the door. "Wanna go out for ice cream?" "Sure." I said and took his hand. We walked to a little place. We got off that bus and he let go of my hand and that was unusual for him. "Whats wrong with you?" I asked. "I-umm...I have to tell you something..."We stopped walking and I turned to him. "Yeah ok?" I said getting all concerned. "You know I love you right?" "Yeah where is this going your kind of freaking me out." I said. "Well ok you know a couple of weeks ago when we had a day off?" I nodded. "Well I sort of met this girl and It's sad to say but I reallt like her and I was just wondering if we could like break up?" I looked around not really knowing where to look. "Look Alex I'm sorry I just I don't know, It happened so fast and At first it was just friends but-" "I get it Chase I do, And yeah it's fine..." I had tears in my eyes I really did love him. "Well I'm gonna head back to the bus ok?" Chase told me. "Ok go on I'll meet you guys later. He turned and kissed my cheek and ran off. I took a deep breath in and walked to the ice cream thing and got three scoops of Chocolate Chip Cookie dough. I sat at one of their tables and silently ate while a couple tears rolled down my cheek. "Hey are you ok?" I knew that voice. "No, Why would you care?" I spat back. Vic sat down in the chair across from me. "Cause I love you." I looked up at him while tears came down like a fucking waterfall. I put my head in my hands. He got up and came over and put his arms around me. "Vic, I- I just I-I don't know anymore." I said while gripping his shirt while leaning on his chest. "Hey it's ok. What happened? I'm here for you." I looked up at him. He smiled back. "Chase broke up with me." "Why?" "He met someone else." I let go of Vic and stood up and threw my ice cream out and walked away from the ice cream. I was hoping Vic would do something like yell 'I love you Alex' but he didn't say anything. I kept walking until and hand grabbed my wrist and pulled me around. Mine and Vic's lips met. He mumbled into the kiss "I love you Alex." I smiled and we kept kissing. I wrapped my arms around his neck "Does this make you my rebound guy?" I asked having a smile on my lips. "Only if I'm the only guy." He said back. "Thats doable." We walked back to the bus hand in hand. "I'll meet you on your bus later ok?" I leaned down and kissed his lips. "Ok." Then he walked away. I walked back on the bus and Jase ran up to me. "Why are you crying?" "Cause chase broke up with me." Then I smiled. "Why are you smiling?" He asked even more confused. "Cause I'm together with Vic." Gaven was in the room and jumped up "Holla looya!" He yelled and ran over to me. "I take it your happy?" I asked him. "Well Jase told me everything and well..." I turned and smacked Jase in the back of the head. "Ow!" "You deserved it. Telling people my business." "Well we needed to know what was going on with you." Andy said as he came into the front lounge. "ANDY...I was looking for you actually where have you been all day?" I ran over and hugged his neck. He hugged my waist. "Back here." I grabbed his hand and pulled him off the bus. "Come with me!" I yelled. "Do I have a choice?" He asked back. "Nope." I said back. We were running around the place looking for the All Time Low merch table. I met this girl yesterday who would be perfect for him. I spotted her and called "Paige!" She turned and waved. "Hey, Alex!" We ran up to her and I took her hand and Andy's hand and waffled them together. "Now date! I demand it! Your perfect for each other." They both looked at me and looked at each other with bright red faces. "Would you umm-" "Yes." She nodded and he smiled. Thats the first time I've seen him smile in forever it feels like. "Yay!" I yelled and jumped around in a circle. They walked away and left me standing there jumping all by myself. Until someone tackled me to the ground. "Vic! Whats wrong with you?" "I dunno?" He said and shrugged his shoulders as our faces got closer. He rubbed our noses together. "Just kiss me Fuentes!" I told him and he smiled. He put his right hand on my left cheek and kissed me. We layed on the ground for a few minutes just kissing. He hopped up and pulled me with him. We walked on to his bus. I was instantly engulfed with hugs. "Guys get off me!" They left and just stared. "What?" "Yuor finally together, were excited!" Jaime said. I looked at the ground and said "Me Too."
