Vic's POV
we were on our way to the orphanage and I was so anxious. what if she didn't like me? I didn't know but I knew I had to stay strong.
let's get this over and done with, I thought. I played with the nose ring that I've had. I pulled up and I walked in, it was just me. I walked up to the desk and I asked them to get Amy. she was quiet and had long black hair.
"h-hi," she stuttered. "Hi, I'm Vic," I stated. she looked up and gasped. "WOW!" she said. she quickly composed herself. "Hi," I said, "How are you?" I asked. "How do you figure?" this would be harder than anything.
