Winning you over was the hardest thing to do

Candace's pov-

Being the clutz I am, my converse got stuck In the sidewalk that was cracked that made me fall on it. Now I'm in a car with the last person I ever wanted to meet. I sat in the passenger seat as Jaime played Stone Sour and Slipknot. I hummed along to 'Say you'll haunt me' by Stone Sour.
"Wow you actually know real rock, I thought you were a Justin Beiber kind of girl" Jaime said sarcastically. I groaned. "Whatever, can you leave me alone?" I asked looking out the window. My leg was killing me, it's bad enough I have to even catch a ride with him. "We're 5 miled from the hospital" He looked at his phone starting to scroll through what looked like Instagram, it got annoying. "Look dude! I don't want to get killed tonight with you, so I suggest you turn your phone off and pay attention to the road!" I shouted. He chuckled. "Whatever brat I wouldn't want to die if it meant dying with you" He said throwing his phone on the dash board. I crossed my arms. I looked up and saw the light turn red. Jaime slammed on the breaks. Luckily I wore my seatbelt.
"FUCK!" I screamed as my leg hit hard. Jaime looked my way. "Sorry" I heard him mumble. It hurt like hell. And all he could say is 'Sorry'? We were finally at the hospital. I sighed in relief. He stopped the car. He got out. What a gentleman. I opened my own door. He got to my side and helped me out. He put his arm under mine helping it take the weight off of my right leg. I hopped the the door. "Can you speed up?" Jaime asked.
"Yes Jaime! I will because my leg isn't fucked up and I think I can run a marathon on my probably broken leg!" I said sarcastically. "Bitch" he muttered. We finally made it to the entrance. I went up to the receptionist. "Hello miss" she said nicely. "Hi" i said. "What's wrong?" she asked. "I tripped and my leg hurts really bad" I said. "Ok we'll see you in 5 minutes" she grabbed the clipboard and had me fill it out. I returned it. I sat by Jaime in the waiting room. "Candace Henderson!" a guy called out. Jaime picked me up and helped me walk. "Excuse me sir, who are you?" The nurse asked. "I'm with her" he said mentioning me. "Boyfriend?" Jaime's eyes widened. "Me and her? NO! That would be the very last thing I would ever do" He let a laugh out. "Okay.." The nurse said. "Come this way" This time he helped me to the hospital room. I took a seat. Jaime already got on his phone. I laid back and closed my eyes.


I hope this is a crazy dream.
