It was approximately 1:00 AM, i was still hanging around with the guys in the backyard, the house was too crowded and hot to be inside. emily had left hours ago, said she felt sick and needed some sleep.

We are not exactly dating, we're just friends with benefits. we were now playing a game of beer pong, it was jaime and mike V.S vic and i, and to be honest, we sucked!

I couldn't get the image of melodee out of my mind.

She looked stunning, beautiful like always. I tried breaking the silence between us, but she just ignored me and went to dance with jaime.

I'm guessing she still doesn't forgive me, i wouldn't forgive myself either, what i did was wrong, i guess i'll never get her back, but i wasn't going to give up yet. I knew from the way she looked at me that she still felt something for me.

"i need to piss, i'll be back in a few" i walked inside, making it through the mass of sweaty bodies, up the stairs, and down the hall to find the restroom occupied.

As i waited to use the restroom, i heard someone yell from inside vic's room.

i stepped closer to the door and stood silent.

"where do you think you're going? The fun has just begun?"

i heard kicking from inside the room, hearing someone, a female's voice wince in pain. I immediately recognized the voice.

Melodee.

i turned the doorknob, to find the door unlocked, i quickly stepped inside to find a man hovering over melodee, her naked body still, her eyes closed.

i quickly sprung into action and launched myself at the man, throwing him off the bed and punching him several times until he passed out. I then turned myself to find melodee's naked body, bruised heavily and bleeding from her nose. I wrapped her up into a blanket and checked her wrist for a pulse. It was slowing down. Panic struck me, she was barely breathing. i didn't know what to do so i called vic. He picked up after the secon ring.

"what's up turtl-"

"MELODEE'S BARELY BREATHING CALL 911!!"

"WHAT WHERE ARE YOU?"

"your room hurry please!"

the line went dead. Seconds after, vic, mike and jaime shot in the room straight to melodee.

"did you call 911?"

"They're comming! Where's the bastard!! I'm going to kill his sorry ass!!" Mike's eyes searching around the room .I looked around the room, he was nowhere to be found.

i started to sob violently as the paramedics ran into the room, placing her in a gourney and taking her away.

"i need to go with her!" I shot up but was held back by jaime and vic.

"i'll take you, you can't drive! I didn't drink much" jaime took the keys from my pocket. i looked straight into his eyes, tears threatening to fall.

"what are we waiting for lets go!!" Mike yelled,we made our way out of the house into the car.
