*** SCARLETT'S POV ***

Tonight is my hen night and Mike’s stag do. We’re having a joint one so we’re together the whole night and I’m so excited. Our wedding day is next week, I can’t believe how quickly it’s flown in! It’s been six months since Mike asked me to marry him again and we’ve just about got everything sorted. Just a few things with my dress to be sorted. Everything’s going to be perfect and we’re going to get happy and tipsy tonight! Claire, who is Austin’s girlfriend still, has become one of my very best friends and she’s also my maid of honour. I love her to pieces and it’s amazing that there is no awkwardness between us after everything. She’s here tonight and we’re getting ready together. I’d finished curling my hair and went to decide on an outfit so I could put it on then do my makeup. I held out two dresses to Claire.

“Hmm, which one?”

“Definitely the black! Not only does it hug your perfect curves in all the right ways, but it is fucking hot!” She hip bounced me as she went to get her outfit on also.

“Black one it is then” I winked. Lucy watched in awe as we got ready and kept complaining to my mum about wanting to be older so she could too, dress up and go out. I started on my makeup and soon we were leaving.

I was having the best time and dancing with Claire when Mike pulled me to him and kissed me passionately. He grabbed my hips and we were grinding on each other.

“You look insane. Seriously. Wow.” He whispered in my ear and I got shivers.

“Thanks handsome.” I turned round and continued dancing with him, my hand reaching up behind his neck and my bum grinding on him. He squeezed my hips tighter and we danced for a while. I eventually went outside for a cigarette when Tony came out. Tony and I hadn’t really spoken since I told him I wanted nothing other than to be friends and that truthfully, it was always going to be Mike for me.

“Hey Scarlett.”

I smiled at him. “Hey stranger.” I continued smoking and was in my own little world when I caught Tony staring at me with a smirk on his face. “What?”

“You really have no idea how fucking sexy you are, do you?” he said coming towards me. I could smell the alcohol on him. He was fucking wasted.

“Tone I don’t think that’s appropriate. I’m marrying Mike… remember?” I laughed it off, hoping he was just fucking around. But he wasn’t. He turned to me and smiled again, cornering me against the wall.

“Seriously though. That night with us. You can’t say it wasn’t good. Scarlett.. I-I haven’t stopped thinking about it and you know I’m better than Mike.” He leaned in to kiss me and I pushed him out of the way, but couldn’t get away from him. “Come on Scarlett you know you want me, you’re so fucking hot. Just one night, come on no one needs to know.” He crashed his lips on mine and I pushed away almost automatically and slapped him right on the face. He stumbled a little bit and looked really shocked. I must have sobered him up a bit. “I- I’m so sorry Scarlett. Fuck! I’m so sorry”

I started to walk away and he grabbed my wrist, “Fuck you Tony! Let me go! You’re lucky as shit I’m not telling Mike about this. Let me fucking go or I will.” I spat. He let me go and I walked inside, ordering myself a drink so I could get it out of my mind. Why the fuck is he acting like this?

*** MIKE'S POV ***

I watched my girl down her drink. She never is usually like that with alcohol so I walked over to her and put my arm round her.

“You alright baby?” I’m genuinely concerned, something’s bothering her.

“Yeah, fine. I need to go to the bathroom though” she giggled, trying not to worry me and I let her go.

Roughly about 5 minutes later Tony walked in, looking really pissed off with himself and a big red hand mark on his face. I instantly knew in my heart, that he’d tried something with Scarlett. He’d told me he’d felt something for her since they two had something but he knew she’d always be mine. I’m going to fucking kill him. I walked up to him and his face dropped.

“A word? Outside.” I said through gritted teeth and walked towards the door, he followed quickly behind me. I seen a worried look on Vic’s face and I shook my head to let him know I was pissed.

“What did you fucking do to her?”

He rubbed the back of his neck before replying. “Look man, I was out of line and I was wasted and as you can see from this fucking mark on my face, she slapped it out of me, I’m totally sober now. I just. I just…”

“Fucking spit it out Tone.”

“I tried to kiss her but she pushed me away and slapped me.”

“Why the fuck would you do that man?”

“I don’t know. I’m sorry. I just get really fucking mad sometimes when I see you two together. I can’t help it. All of my feelings for her get put away but I was wasted man. I’m sorry.”

“You’re lucky I have to be civil or you’d be fucking dead.” I spat and walked away from him, walking back inside. I instantly found Scarlett and she knew from the look on my face that I knew.

“Baby please don’t hate me. I-I pushed him away! I'm sorry I didn't tell you, I didn't want you to be mad and I was going to tell you tomorrow. I-I'm sorry” she looked like she was going to start crying.

“I could never hate you. I would never hate you. It’s him I’m pissed at. He’s a fucking dick. Let’s get a drink, we can dance and then we’ll go home baby. I love you okay?” She nodded and I cuddled her, she mumbled an ‘I love you’ into my chest and I kissed her forehead. I wasn’t going to let that asshole ruin my night.
