Going Back To the Past

"Please Anna, don't yet, not like this.'' Vic still had a hold of my arm.
"I came here for Alex, not you, he wanted to see bands. It's his day, not mine." Vic then let go of my arm. I Went to take a step onto the ground when a voice from inside the RV Spoke up. "I came to see them." I was Alex. "See Anna the kid wants to stay." Vic commented. "Okay but there better be food involved with this visit."

Vic's face lit up with excitement, "Okay we can go get catering" He pointed at the crew guys "Any you two can hang out here with the Jaime, Tony, and Mike"

Vic lead the few crew guys out of the RV leaving the other 5 of us o in the RV to "Hang". the guys were talking about god knows what while I sat on the couch by myself just thinking. I was thinking about everything that happened today. could I and Vic really be just friends? I really did enjoy his company when I visited San Diego, it was nice driving around like in high school, but we saw what that lead to. There was just so much history behind us.

"What are you thinking about?" Mike asked as he sat down beside of me putting his arm around my shoulder.
"Nothing just trying to remember the name of a band that we saw today" I lied.
"Anna you are a horrible liar. you're thinking of Vic. I can see it in your eyes."
"No, I wasn't"
"Come on we are going on a walk." Mike got up and held out his hand for me to take.
"What about the food we can't leave Vic will be back soon."
" No, he won't the line is always crazy long at this time."

I stood up taking Mike's hand he lead me out of the RV, before closing the door me popped his head back in and said. "Guys don't do anything stupid while the kid is here, we will be right back."

We walked the opposite way that I had come in. There were tour buses everywhere with people lingering around them. I recognized a few people from different bands but my mind was to preoccupied to fangirl.

"Was he really going to ask me to marry him?" I asked
"Yep, He called me that morning wanting me to ask Megan what your ring size was."
"Oh"
"6 1/2" He laughed.
"I really hurt him didn't I?"
"Yes you did, but personally I think he deserved it. He was a total douche."
" He wasn't a douche he was just a stupid kid. We've all been there."
"Anna Vic is a different person now, He doesn't let a lot of people in, He keeps his love life to himself. Until your visit."
"What?''I asked.
"You sparked something in him, When you came back it was like the fog cleared. You are all he talks about, He doesn't regret much, but letting you go really bothered him."

I didn't say anything to him, we just continued walking.

"I know Vic said that he just really wants to be friends but I think he wants more, And I don't want you to get hurt again. So just watch out and take it slow. We should be heading back." We circled around back to the RV walking in silence the rest of the way. When we got back to the RV before going in Mike pulled me into a hug and said: " No matter what happens it's going to be great having you back."

Sure enough, Vic and the crew had returned with food for everyone. " Wasn't sure what to get you guys so I played it safe and got you and Alex pizza," Vic said while handing me a plate. " I love pizza you should know that," I said while sitting down on the couch that was also now occupied by Tony.

We all at our food and chatted. Alex was having the time of his life. Everyone chatted, and just hung out. For the first time in the past few hours, I actually felt calm. Being with the guys seemed to be comforting, Even though I really only knew Vic, Mike, and Alex everyone seemed like old friends. I felt safe with them.

the guys were having so much fun. Alex got to talk star wars with Tony, And I got to catch up with Mike and Vic. Every once in a while a member of others bands would come and chill for a while. I hated to admit it but this was really cool. I had met a bunch of really cool people.

Before we knew it, It was starting to get late Warped would be over soon meaning that we would have to leave. "Well it was really nice hanging out but I think we are going," I said as I stood up. "you don't have to go yet, bus call isn't til 1 am. you can come to the cook out," Jaime suggested.
"Yea, Anna we aren't going home tonight so we can stay longer." Alex butted in.
"But I have to drive tomorrow, and I don't want to stay out that late."
"We can just leave later tomorrow, it's not like we to be back home anytime soon."

Alex was right I had taken off of work, and the was the schedule worked out I had a few days off.
"Okay but not for too long your mom wouldn't appreciate me having you out all night."
