Noortje’s POV

Tony and I reached our hotel room and immediately settled on taking a bath together. Yes, together. No, nothing sexual. It was just something nice we could do and Tony loved being able to caress my bump. Everything was fine, as long as the water wasn’t too warm and I didn’t stay too long in it. Tony got in first and helped me to step in and lower myself down slowly. I could barely do anything without any help. It sucked, but Tony enjoyed looking after me.

“Spud’s kicking again,” Tony put his hands on my stomach and rubbed slowly.

“I’ve gotten so used to it already,” I snuggled against him.

“I wanted it to be a surprise, but I have to ask you a question.”

“Go ahead.

“Well,” he intertwined our hands, “as you know, I really love you. So… I kinda sorta asked somebody to get the nursery all set up; there’s even going to be some gender neutral clothes in the wardrobe already so we have that sorted out for the very beginning. I wasn’t sure which colors the walls should be. Because we want to have an elephant theme, I was thinking of a light brown, but I’m not sure. I don’t want to make a mistake and have you hate it.”

“That’s so sweet. You shouldn’t have done that, we could have done it ourselves!” I was flustered by his surprise and rested my head to the right, “but I agree that brown will be cool, especially since everything else is white.”

“I’ll make sure to tell them as soon as we get out of the bath.”

We continued to sit in the nice water silently for a couple more minutes before I thought of something, “we should probably think about some names.”

“That’s a good plan,” Tony shifted a bit, making himself more comfortable. The water rocked back and forth slowly and carefully.

“I don’t want anything too common. This baby will be born in a weird family, I don’t think a common name will do it justice.”

“Hmm, I like the name Kalila for a girl,” Tony suggested.

“You’ve already been think about this, haven’t you?” I chuckled at how fast he answered.

“Maybe a bit.”

“Well, I like the name. Kalila Perry… What about middle names?”

“For a girl? Kalila Emelia Perry, not Amelia, that will be to common,” Tony looked at the bump affectionately.

“And what about boy names?” I played with our fingers.

“I really don’t know.”

“Let’s just hope it isn’t a boy then. What about Flynn?”

“Flynn?”

“I don’t know. I’m just throwing out ideas here,” I shrugged.

“No, I kinda like it…” Tony trailed off.

“Who knew this was going to be this easy?” I chuckled, “I thought this was supposed to be difficult.”

“Just like you said, we are weird.”

Vic’s POV

So Noortje was right, and she wasn’t in labour. It was just her body not liking how the day went. First she was sitting in the same position for very long and afterwards things were very hectic. It was good that she hadn’t stayed for the entirety of the tour. She already had some problems just doing small things and staying at home, there was no way she and the baby would have been ok in the frantic tour life.

We were all staying at the same hotel; a nice hotel. Being on tour for so long really made you appreciate real beds. Sure, bunks were ok, but eventually you can get tired of hitting your head multiple times in the night.

When I came to their room to give them some gifts, I couldn’t find them. I had gotten a key to enter the room and hoped that I wouldn’t walk in on anything, but it appeared they weren’t here. Well, I thought that weren’t here, that was until I heard voices coming from the bathroom. I decided to wait for them, and sit on the bed on the process. This could probably either freak them out, or they would be happy to see me. It most most likely the first option. I decided that it was better for me to leave, but just as I was a couple of steps away from the door, the bathroom door opened. Noortje and Tony walked out with only their underwear on, Noortje also wearing a shirt.

“Holy shit, Vic!” Tony exclaimed, “what the fuck are you doing here!”

“I was just going to give you these gifts the fans had gotten for Noortje, you know, baby stuff,” I raised the two big heavy bags I was holding, so show what I was talking about.

“How did you even get in,” Noortje chuckled, wanting to help me with the bags, but Tony took over, “wait, I don’t even want to know.”

“Spare key,” I shrugged and put the other bag on the bed next to the one Tony put down, “I knocked before I came in, though. I was going to leave the stuff in here, but I heard you guys in the bathroom, so I decided to leave.”

I proceeded to look at all the gifts with Tony and Noortje. There were fan made clothes, shop-bought clothes, toys, blankets, hats, anything you could wish for. Everybody was so excited for Noortje, but only close friends were also excited for Tony. They had a plan in mind, though. On the day of the birth of the baby, they were going to announce their relationship, with the help of us and other friends. It was a simple idea, but I definitely liked it. Let’s just hope the fandom wouldn’t blow up when they found out, though.

It's super short and crappy... I'm sorry. This story definitely isn't going how I want it to. Ugh. I feel like I’m disappointing every one of you.
