"Sorry we just have to have a bit stricter security around your friend. Fans have been trying to get in saying they were some Zina that he was asking about." The nurse said to me leading us back to the room alex was in.

"He's stable, he looked worse than he was. Probably because he was intoxicated. But he hasn't even opened his eyes yet. Are you the Zina he keeps asking about?" The nurse asked before she let us in the room, it had finally clicked.

"Yeah but could you keep that to yourself?" I asked and walked in the room with Jack.

"Alex buddy?" Jack spoke softly.

"Jack hey." Alex said but it has barely audible.

"Zina is here too, she brought me to see you." Jack explained and Alex's heart monitor went haywire for a minute then just went to slightly elevated.

"Zina? Zina come here." Again barely audible.

"I know you were coming to see me." I said going over to him trying to keep the anger out of my voice, "but why were you drunk? And why were you coming to see me?"

"Because, I didn't have the courage to tell you sober that I didn't think you should be with Tony. I think you should be with me. I got hammered and then thought it was a good idea to surprise you at work. I don't know when or why I put it together but I did. I'm really sorry. I just wanted you to know I liked you." Alex's heart rate fluctuated drastically.

"You need to calm down or a nurse is going to tell you I can't be here." I said to him.

"Sorry. I just feel awful. It was a complete accident." He said to me.

"Do you know I wasn't even at work today? Why didn't you call or something. Granted you shouldn't be telling me who is right for me and who isn't. But still alex. You almost killed someone." I said to him.

"I know Zina. But listen I do really like you and I'll try to make this up to you once I'm out just please give me a chance." He said.

"I'm with Tony alex. I'm glad you're taking responsibility for your actions and I don't think you're a bad guy but you can't do reckless stuff like this." I defended.

"I know you're with Tony. I respect that I do. I just really with I was him. You're an amazing person from the way Mike talks about you and from what I've seen so far. I know I totally screwed up but let me make it up to you after I'm out of here." He pleaded and his heart rate spiked again.

"Alex calm down please." I scolded him.

"Sorry. But please Zina." He actually opened his eyes.

"Nurse!" I called out, "I will let you but start with no longer making reckless decisions."

"Okay." He said as the nurse rushed in.

"What's the matter?" She looked a me flustered then turned to alex, "you finally opened your eyes!"

"I had to see the girl I fell for." He explained.

"You're good to have here miss. You might make his recovery faster. If he asks for you again we will call. Please come whenever you can."

With that Jack and I walked out the door. I was completely dumbfounded.
