Vic’s POV

Jaime and I were joking around in our room when there was a knock on the door. I looked at Jaime, asking if he knew who it could be. He shrugged and I moved over to answer it. In front of me stood a sobbing Noortje with her bag.
“C-can one of you s-switch room w-with me?” She managed to choke out between sobs.
I knew better than to question her and nodded, “Yea, sure… I’ll go get my bag. Come in.”
She walked in still bawling her eyes out. Jaime looked up in shock and quickly pulled her into a hug. They collapsed on his bed and Jaime tried to comfort her.
“Jaime, Noortje’s sleeping here. I’m going to be staying with Tony.” I announced while I grabbed my own suitcase.
Jaime nodded, stroking Noortje’s hair, hoping she would calm down a bit.

I walked out of the room and made my way to Tony’s room. Boy was I mad at him. I entered the room and saw he was sitting on the end on the bed with his head in his hands.
“What the fuck did you do to her!” I shouted.
Tony flinched slightly but didn’t reply.
“Tony! Just fucking tell me!”
He raised his head and looked at me. His eyes were red and his cheeks were tear stained.
“I fucking mess up ok! You don’t to remind me!”
I sighed and sat down next to him, “Ok, I’m sorry. Will you just please tell me what’s wrong? Noortje came to my room crying her eyes out.”
“I just said something I didn’t mean… Just leave it alone, please.”
“You like her, don’t you?” I nudged.
“Fuck you, Vic. If you’re going to be like that, I certainly won’t tell you anything.” He stood up and paced around the room.
“Ok, ok, calm down.”

Why was he being so defensive? It just raised my suspicions even more. Every day, after the day I had looked at the comments on the video of Noortje singing, I noticed the way he looked at Noortje and the way he interacted with her. Maybe this was something about that?

“I need a drink,” Tony stated and walked out of the room without looking at me.
I followed him, knowing that this could go horribly wrong without supervision. We would still have to do the show with or without Tony and I would prefer having him there. I don’t care how upset he was, he was not going to get blackout drunk and accidentally get lost or kill himself (not as suicide but because of alcohol poisoning or running out into the street).

Noortje’s POV

I was finally able to calm down. I will forever thank Jaime for helping me through this. These guys truly were like my brothers and I would do anything for them.
“Do you want to talk about it?”
I shook my head, “I’d rather not, at least not now. Can you keep this for me?” I handed him the disposable camera, “I don’t want to throw it away right now, but I also don’t want to look at it anymore.”
Jaime nodded and stood up, “Sure thing. I’ll keep it safe in my suitcase for now. You can ask to get it back whenever you want.”
I grinned up at him, “Thank you.”
He sat back down next to me, “How about we watch a movie?”
I nodded and blushed, “Do you mind if I change into something more comfortable and pyjama-like. I’m not planning on going out anymore anyways.”
“Yea sure, go ahead. I’ll find something to watch.”

I turned so my back was towards Jaime and looked through my bag to find something that I felt like wearing. I eventually settled on a large sweater that reached halfway down my thighs and some fluffy socks. You can never go wrong with fluffy socks… unless you’re wearing tight shoes. Trust me, I’ve tried, but that’s a different story. I went to sit back next to Jaime until I realised I forgot something.
“I should probably wear some pants, shouldn’t I?”
Jaime laughed, “Yeah, that might be a good idea.”
I turned back to my bag and fished out a simple pair of black leggings.
“There we go. What are we watching?” I asked
“How about The Nightmare Before Christmas?”
“Nah, seen it too often.” I joked.
Jaime obviously didn’t get my joked and looked at me like I was crazy.
“I was just kidding Himes. It’s my favourite movie.”
“Oh good. You had me freaked out there.” He sighed in relief.
I laughed and cuddled up next to him. He wrapped his arm around me so I would fall off the twin sized bed and turned on the movie on his laptop.

We were about halfway through our second movie when I decided to check my phone. No, I wasn’t getting bored, I just wanted to check what the time was. However, I turned on my phone to find it was on only one percent.
“Fuck! Mike still has my charger!” I exclaimed.
“You can use mine.” Jaime mumbled and pointed to where his charger was on the little table in the corner.
“No, I can’t. I don’t have a fancy new iPhone, I still use my 4s.”
“Go to him and get it. I’ll pause the movie and wait for you.”
“Thanks so much.” I kissed his cheek and quickly pulled my hair into a bun.

Vic’s POV

I was helping Tony stumble out of the elevator. He had had way too much to drink. I tried stopping him from taking those last couple of shots, but he had nothing of it. He was determined to get drunk and do nothing else but that. Whatever happened must have really messed him up. I sort of felt bad for him, but I also knew he was the one that got himself into this.

We were walking through the corridor (well, actually Tony was tripping and falling around the corridor) when I saw Noortje leave Mike’s and Jay’s room. She had a charger in her hand and already looked a lot better than when I left her. I guess Jaime really knew how to comfort her. I don’t think I would have been able to do that… I always seem to say the wrong thing to her at first for some reason.

Tony noticed Noortje as well and called out her name. She was walking in our direction but was clearly trying to ignore Tony. I felt bad that she had to walk past us to get back to her hotel room. Tony ran up to her and held on to her shoulders.
“I am so so sorry,” He slurred.
Noortje tried to get out of his grip while still ignoring him, but he held on to tight.
“I love you so much,” Tony continued and kissed her.
Noortje immediately pushed him away.
“You fucking asshole!” She shouted and slapped him
I made eye contact with her as she stomped past us.
What the fuck just happened?
I ran over to Tony who was about to fall over, “Let’s get you to bed buddy.”

Jaime’s POV

Noortje ran in the room looking furious and tears were streaming down her cheeks.
“Nope, nope, nope,” She muttered.
I was about to ask her what happened when there was a knock on the door. I opened it up to find Vic.
He walked in and sighed, “I got him to go to bed and he’s blacked out.”
“Jay’s going to be so mad at him tomorrow,” I murmured.
Vic shrugged and looked at Noortje who was now pacing around the room, holding her head.
“Are you ok?” He carefully asked.
Noortje stopped pacing and glared at Vic, “Yea, yea. All good. I’m just gonna… Yea… Just gonna…” She walked out of the room without closing the door.
“Should we go after her?” I suggested.
“No, just let her be. She’ll be fine.”
“Do you know what happened? She was ok before she left the room, but when she came back she looked like she was about to kill someone.”
“Umm… yeah… When I forced Tony to go back to the hotel room, we bumped into Noortje. He just went up to her and kissed her… But she pushed him away and slapped him. I have no clue what this is about anymore…”
“And neither of them is telling us,” I added.

I didn’t understand what was going on between them anymore. They were always around each other and always discreetly flirted with each other. Hell, they even shared a bunk! And now suddenly something really bad happened. Something bad enough to destroy their whole relationship. Both of them were devastated.

Hahaha, thank you. You can totally see how my writing has developed in this story; the first chapters are written so bad. I'm excited for our story as well.

Yaaaaay I read it all! I finished it! I loved it, babe. You're an amazing writer and I'm happy I get to work together with you :) ♡

@Nickyvlxx
Thank you so much. I remember writing chapter three when I was in a really weird mood; I was so confused about everything. I'm Dutch as well, but (as I recall you saying somewhere at the beginning of the story; I have a really weird memory for weird things) English is my first language because I've been speaking it a lot more than Dutch since I was very young. But this wasn't the reason I chose to make her Dutch, I wanted something European and put some random countries in a hat (well, on a website, but same thing) and it came out. So yay!

I have read 3 chapters now and I honestly love it! You have a beautiful writing style and the story is really unique! I also kind of relate to Noortjes feelings. I have the same problems with reality. And I like it a lot that she is dutch because I am too :p

I'M STILL READING!!
