I Promise You, Someday

*Tony's POV*

Vic, Mike and Jaime barged in waking Max up as they slammed the door,"Max I thought I told you to tex..." Vic said but stopped when he looked at our wounds, mine on my knuckles and Max's on her arm, "What the fuck happened here?" He asked, Max just buried her face into my chest, "Vic, a word?" I said, pointing to the back room, Vic nodded and walked through to the bunks, drawing the curtain, "Two minutes baby, guys keep an eye on her!" I said before pointing at the guys and kissing Max's forehead then proceeding to follow Vic, when I walked in and drew the curtain Vic was pacing up and down the bunks, biting his nails, he looked up and stopped, "What the fuck is happening?" He asked confused, "Well I punched Austin, several times, because I saw him grab Max's arm, then I found out Max self harmed last night and that is why she was in a really shitty mood, especially when I grabbed her arm slightly, I knew my grip wasn't that tight?" I said, sitting on Max's bunk I was looking for the turtle toy I gave to her,but I couldn't see it? I was brought out of my thoughts when Vic sat down on the opposite bunk, "Okay, did she tell you why she self harmed?" He asked, I nodded, looking at the ground, "Austin tried to unbutton her jeans and feel her up?" I said as I felt the anger build up in me, Vic just looked at me with wide eyes, "What the fuck are we gonna do then?" He asked standing up, I looked at him, "We?" I asked standing up, "Yeah bro, we're a family, family protect each other?" He said, I shook my head, "I love you guys but I can't ask you to do anything, Max doesn't even want me doing anything?" I said, rubbing my face, "Look, this isn't about what Max wants, this is about her safety she can't just expect us not to do anything!" He said, raising his voice a little, I nodded, "You're right" I said, he nodded. We hugged before going back out, we both had a stern look on our face like we were ready to kill, but we noticed Max staring at us, so we changed our expression as we went to sit back down, she smiled at me as she cuddled back into my chest, "Are you okay?" I asked, kissing the top of her head, I felt her nod but I didn't believe her. I pulled my phone out and texted Zach,

Hey bro, Max is feeling a little shitty, how about you, Alexis and Winter come down for a day or two? Just ask my mom and she'll give you the dog? Xx

Yeah, that's awesome. Alexis hasn't stopped talking about you and her since you guys left, we'll be there for about, 6pm? Xx

I locked my phone and placed it back in my pocket, "Who was that?" Max asked, I honestly thought she was asleep, "My mum, wondering how we are?" I shrugged lying, she sat up and looked at me, I don't think she believed me but she nodded anyway, she pushed herself up off the couch and was half way over to the sink when she fell, dropping the cup she had been drinking from earlier, "MAX!?" I shouted running over as did the others, she was drifting in and out of consciousness, "Max, can you hear me?" I asked, holding her up in my arms, her eyes were rolling in the back of her head, "Jaime, go get the paramedic!" I said, he nodded and got up running, I could hear him shouting on the paramedic, "Max, stay with me baby, okay?" I said, she made a slight groaning noise, "Fuck" I muttered as Vic poured a glass of water and Mike called an ambulance, finally after about 5 minutes Jaime came back, "Okay, move out of the way" the paramedic said as he made his way over to Max and I, "What happened?" He asked, opening his medical box, "She was walking over to the sink and she fell" I said, holding her, he nodded, opening her eyes a little and shining a torch in each of them, "Max, my name is Craig, can you hear me?" He asked, her head nodded a little, "Good, we're going to take you to the hospital, Jaime go flag down the ambulance, the doctors are going to run some tests and find out what happened, okay?" He said, she nodded a little, "Tony?" She moaned, "I'm right here baby" I said, kissing her forehead, "Tony, would you like to go in the ambulance with Max?" Craig asked I nodded, what kind of a question was that? Eventually the ambulance arrived and I carried her out on to a trolley, nearly everyone was standing at their bus, I glanced over and saw Alan, Austin, Tino, Phil and Aaron all standing at their bus, I gave Austin a dirty look and jumped in the back of the ambulance, thankfully the paramedics slammed the door closed before I jumped out and went for Austin, again.

When we reached the hospital I was getting no response out of her, I jumped out of the ambulance before they wheeled Max out rushing her into the Accident and Emergency ward, one paramedic stopped me, "Go tell the front desk, her name, age, date of birth all her contact details and I'll come get you in 10 minutes, okay?" She said, I nodded, she was a nice paramedic, I ran to the front, "Excuse me?" I said to the lady who was sitting on the chair eating an apple, "Oh yeah, how can I help?" She asked, looking at me, "I got told to come here and sign in a patient?" I asked, she nodded and handed me a form, "Fill this out and then bring it back" I nodded, I sat down and filled out every question, I was actually surprised how much I knew about Max? I looked over it once more, satisfied and then handed it back, she thanked me and then as if on cue the paramedic came back through, "Mr. Perry?" She said, I looked at her hopeful, "You can come through now" she said, I looked at her relieved and followed her through, I hated hospitals so much, "She's asleep, but the nurse in there will update you on whats happened and what will have to happen in the future" she said before smiling and leaving, I nodded and walked in, there was a nurse standing at the bottom of Max's bed filling out a sheet, she clipped it to the bottom of her bed and turned around.

She looked at me like I was some piece of meat, "Ah you must be the boyfriend?" She asked, I nodded and she pointed to a seat, smiling, "So what happened?" I asked, nervous as I looked at Max, lying there, "Because Max hasn't been eating her body started to shut down due to the lack of protien and energy" she said, I nodded and looked over as Max stirred in her sleep, "I've been trying to get her to eat but every time I bring up the subject she goes into moods with me and I can't get through to her?" I shrugged, felling helpless, "That's alright, we need to get her back on some sort of meal plan, we can agree to discharge her in the next hour and a half if you bring her back once a week for check ups?" I nodded and then remembered that we were on Warped Tour? "Umm my band is on Warped at the moment and so would it be possible to take her to the nearest hospital when we go home and then get a travel meal plan?" I asked, she smiled and nodded, "Absolutely, we can transfer all of the records over if you just write the details down when you are exiting?" She said, I nodded, "Another thing, does Max have counseling for her self harm?" She asked, I was dreading this question, "She did but she didn't need it as she was clean for at least 4/5 years?" I said, she nodded, "I think it'd be a good idea to start again when you go home, here is a note from me you just need to hand this in at your nearest doctors and Max should be in counseling in the next 2-3 weeks after?" she said writing something down and handing me it before smiling and politely excusing herself. I got up and walked over to max's bed sighing, after about 10 minutes of texting everyone to tell them she's okay she woke up, "Tony?" She asked, I grabbed her hand, "I'm here" I said, she opened her eyes and smiled, after talking for a while the doctor came in with the release forms, I signed them as she gave me the travel meal plan and we left, Mike picked us up, while he was helping Max to the car because she was still quite fragile I signed the details form for the doctors as San Diego, when I reached the car Max was in the back, I jumped in beside her and she cuddled into me like a child, "There's a surprise waiting for you back at the tour bus?" Mike said as we started driving back, I looked at Max and smiled, "I don't want a surprise, I just want a McDonald's?" She shrugged, I was happy that she chose to eat on her own, as we pulled into McDonald's and ordered for everyone we were lucky that Max never noticed that we ordered a happy meal for Alexis and a cheeseburger meal for Zach, when we reached the buses, Alan and Austin were standing outside, when he hopped out of the car Alan came rushing towards us, "MAX!" He shouted, she looked at him and smiled, "ALAN!" She said as she caught him, they both fell down and laughed, Austin came walking over as max got back up and brushed herself off, she started to back away and cower behind me, "Max I just want to..." He said but was cut off when I butted in, "She doesn't want to hear it, so piss off, Austin" I said, grabbing Max's hand and following Mike inside as he had the McDonald's, Max slammed the door and walked in to the living room, sitting on my knee, "So what's this big surprise then?" She asked..

Okay so if you don't know Warped tour lasts quite a while as they go to different cities and things, I'm just going to be pinpointing different days, if you know what I mean like I'll do a 5 days later thing and continue with that until warped is over because I don't want to have to be writing like every day when nothing is gonna happen so yeah, this sounds confusing but you'll see what I mean later...
