*Tony's POV*

I woke up to an empty bed and shouting, "PLEASE JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!" Max shouted from downstairs then there was a male's voice, "FUCK MAX, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I'VE DONE!?" Max cried, I reached the bottom of the stairs and saw Mike pinning Max against the wall by both her arms while she was crying, "Mike let fucking go of her!" I shouted as I walked over to him and pushed his chest as he stumbled back I stood in front of Max while she was clinging on to the back of my shirt, "Max, please?" Mike asked, I could hear her sobbing behind me, unable to talk, "I think you should leave?" I said calmly, pointing to the door, he grabbed his hair, clearly frustrated, as he grabbed his jacket and left slamming the door, Max fell to the ground, holding her knees up to he chest and crying hard, "Come here, baby" I said, crouching down and picking her up taking her over to the couch and set her on my knee, rocking her back and forth, "What happened?" I asked her once she calmed down, "I dunno, he just came over and started asking why I wouldn't respond to his texts and calls and then I told him I didn't want to be near him, but he asked why and how do you tell someone that you're scared of them because you had a nightmare that they raped you!?" She said, starting to sob again, I pulled her closer to my chest and started to comfort her, "Shhh baby, it's alright" I cooed rubbing her arms and back as she cried into me.

*Mike's POV*

As I left Tony's angry and frustrated at the both of them I couldn't help but think about the photos on Instagram last night , I couldn't fucking believe that Max agreed to go on a date with Tony, out of all people she picked him? And then she wouldn't answer any of my calls or texts and now she's acting like she's scared of me, what the fuck is going on? I headed to Jaime's to ask him and sort all of this shit out, when I pulled up it was only Zach's car that was there, he's Max's brother I'm sure he'll know, I jumped out and knocked the door, Zach answered, "Mike?" He said surprised, I smiled, "I need to talk to you?" I said rushing because it was freezing outside and I just wanted to get inside, he nodded and opened the door a little wider so I could enter, as we sat down I opened my mouth to say something but I was cut off, "This is about Max, right?" He asked, I looked at him with furrowed eyebrows, "How did you know?" I asked, a little confused in case she had texted him, "Oh please the only problems you actually have in your life is Max and I am her brother?" He said laughing a little, I nodded, "Well it's just she won't return any of my calls or texts and now she won't speak to me and she always seems to flinch when I move or say something? What have I done?" I asked him, he nodded as if he knew, "Okay, I'm going to tell you something that you shouldn't take offense to, okay?" He said, I nodded, "I'm not your fucking shrink, Mike, if you have a problem with my little sister sort it out yourself" he said, sighing and leaning back in the chair, "Zach, please, I know you know, I can't lose your sister she means the world to me, please!" I pleaded, I saw him nod in agreement, "Max had a nightmare..." He said, taking a deep breath, I nodded for him to go on, "In her nightmare, you were there and you... Raped and abused her.." He trailed off looking at his hands, I smiled at first before it sunk it, but when it did, I could feel the tears build up in my eyes, "I hope you're happy?" Zach said standing up and making his way upstairs, "You can show yourself out!" He shouted from the top of the stairs. I got up and walked out to my car, getting in it and driving back to mine, I was completely gobsmacked after what Zach just told me, I jumped out of my car and raced into my house and straight up the stairs slamming the door behind me and jumping on my bed, I stared at the ceiling just going over everything in my head, soon I started to get angry, I was the one that cause this. I was the one that made Max scared of me by shouting at her and grabbing her all the time, especially that day in Tony's car, that was all me and now I'm going to have to find a way to show her I'm not like that and it'll need to be soon.
