The First Punch
I knew that what was going to happen was unavoidable. The moment Tony saw Jack, he would just flip. I saw it in his eyes. That worried me a lot, because Tony doesn't get mad very often. He's one of those people that are literally terrifying if you anger them. As much as I nderstnad where Tony's coming from, I would hate for Jack to get hurt because of me.
I was sat in Pierce The Veil's merch tent with Charlotte, selling shirts every now and then. "Siren?" Charlotte spoke up, running her fingers through her re-dyed green hair. "Mhm?" I mumbled, looking in her direction as I passed a girl her shirt, taking the money from her. The girl smiled and thanked her. "Is there something going on between you and Tony?"
That caught me off guard. I stood up straight and flattenned out my clothes, taking a sip of my can of Monster. "No, why?" Charlotte shrugged and smiled. "You guys just seem a lot closer than before, just thought you might have finally hooked up." She explained. I laughed and shook my head. If only she knew. She didn't ask anything after that.
About an hour had passed and Warped was finally over, and me and Charlotte began to pack up. I didn't know if Charlotte, but I felt something was off. It was weird, like something was going on. I hadn't seen Tony since morning, because I'd been at the merch tent all day. As if on que, a flustered Mike ran up to us as we packed up. "Mikey, are you okay?" Charlotte asked, walking up to him. Mike dusted himself off quickly. "Siren, Tony-" Mike didn't even get the chance to finish the sentence before my eyes snapped up and I squeaked, "Where is he?"
Mike grabbed my wrist and led me to where the buses were parked. A small group of people were crowding around something. I slipped out of Mike's grip and pushed through the group of people. Just as I expected, Tony and Jack were having a fight. Surprisingly, both of them looked pretty beat up. I ran right inbetween them and yelled "STOP!"
The two froze and stared at me. "Jack, I'm so, so sorry about him. It won't happen again." I apologized. Jack just shrugged and looked down at the floor, wiping the blood off his face. I looked at Tony and sighed, and grabbed his arm. "Tony, let's just go, okay?" I pleaded, but he continued to glare at Jack childishly. I swore that you could see little flames of hate in his eyes. As much of a turn-on as it was, I was fed up of it. "Tony." I raised my voice this time, making him look at me. His features softened and he looked into my eyes. I gripped onto his arm and began to pull him away from the scene, Vic, Mike, Jaime and Charlotte following us.
We walked on the bus and I took Tony into the bathroom. He sat down on the floor and I closed the door, raching for one of the spare towels. I wet it in the sink and sat down infront of Tony, gently dabbing at his face to wipe away the dry blood. "What were you thinking?" I sighed, frustrated. "Do you want to get kicked off tour?" Tony shook his head and remained silent. You could see through the expression on his face that he regetted what he'd done, but his eyes showed something different.
I threw the towel on the floor and reached for the first aid kit. I climbed into Tony's lap and tendered to his split lip. "I'm sorry." He whispered, wincing when I cleaned his lip with the alcohol wipe. "Just, please don't do it again, okay?" I asked, cleaning the small cut above his eyebrow with another wipe. "Okay." He sighed as I finished up by sticking some butterfly stitches to his lip and anywhere else where he needed them. "I love you Tony." I smiled. Tony smiled back weakly. "I love you too, Siren."
