Bulletproof Love

Emily’s POV:
FLASHBACK

“Vic, he still hasn’t texted me!” I complained as I listened to my brother play his guitar.
“I am sure he’ll text you soon Em”
“But Vic it’s been almost a whole month! Face it he already forgot about me!” I said standing up and walking towards my room. I sat on my bed crying. Why did Alex have to do this, I loved him. I reached into my nightstand and pulled out my silver blade. I also grabbed a pen and paper; I set a down set date. May 2nd, I wrote a quick letter then folded it up and put it back. I traced some little cuts on my wrists and smiled at the mess I made. I quickly cleaned up when I heard Vic.
“Em, dinner is ready!” he yelled through my door.
“I’m coming!” I said wiping my arms and putting on a long sleeve shirt. I sat across from Mike at the table and reached for one of the rolls on the table. Vic grabbed my wrist and stared at me.
“Emily” he whispered as he pushed my sleeves up. Blood stained my white sweater and Mike saw it too. He dropped everything and ran towards me; I guess I went deeper than I wanted. Maybe I’ll just die here. I can’t wait for the down set date anyways. They strapped me in the car and stared driving. Once we arrive to the hospital the doctors stitched me up and they all looked at me like I was crazy. The whole time Vic held my hand so tight, I thought he would break his wrist.

I felt a hand grab mine and squeeze it tightly.
“Whenever you wake up, however you feel about me. I will always be here” the voice whispered. My eyes shot open and I looked around the room.

Guys, i saw ATL on the 5th! They were so good, sorry for not updating. I had to get my thyroid removed so i have been recovering and trying to fix it!
