Bulletproof Love

*TIME SKIP ONE WEEK*
My alarm was singing Panic! At The Disco. I yawned as I looked at the time. “5:00am” I said out loud to my quiet house. Yay I thought then checked my messages. I saw one from Mike.
Mike: Hey Em! Can’t wait to see you today!
I smiled at his text and got out of bed. I walked to the bathroom and got in the shower. I rinsed myself and once I was done I wrapped myself in a towel and headed towards my room. I got dressed I had decided to wear my black high waisted shorts and my bring me the horizon tank. I topped my outfit off with my grey vans, which I knew would end up covered in mud, and a thousand bracelets. After I was dressed I walked back to the bathroom and dried my hair then pulled it into a bun. I only put on little make up because I knew I was going to sweat it off anyway. After getting ready I hopped in my car and checked the time. “Ah 7:30” I was doing well on time so I swung through Starbucks.
I arrived at the venue at 8:30 and after showing my pass to the guard and walking in I texted Vic.
Me: Hey Vic! Just walked in and was wondering if you were up for some breakfast?
Vic: Of course! Let me sneak away from the guys for a bit. Meet me by our merch tent in 10! ;)
Me Okay!
It was going to take me a while to find his tent anyways so I decided to start looking. Even though the gates weren’t open yet there were a lot of people here. I walked by Bring Me the Horizon’s tent so I knew I must be getting close. I started to walk a little faster and pulled out my phone to see if Vic texted me. I unlocked my phone and next thing I knew I had run into someone and I was now lying on the ground. I opened my eyes and was forced to squint to due to the bright sun. I saw a man covered in tattoos standing over me looking like he just killed a puppy. “Oh my god! I’m so sorry I didn’t see you there!” He said reaching out a hand to help me up. I took it and stood up. “Oh no don’t worry! It was all me.” I said brushing the dirt off me. “I’m Tony” He smiled, his smile was literally perfect. “Emily” I said back. “Your shoes! I’m so sorry!” He said again. I laughed “its okay it’s okay.” My Phone buzzed and I checked the message it was Vic.
Vic: Em where are you? did you get lost?
“Hey I was on my way to breakfast do you care to join me?” Tony said. “Of course!” I said a little too excited.
Me: Sorry Bro got to take a rain check plans came up!
Vic: You suck! :P
Me: Love you too!
Vic: You owe me! ;)
I smiled at my phone and Tony’s smile immediately disappeared. “Boyfriend?” He asked. “Brother.” I stated clearing things up. We headed out of the venue and started walking. “So where were we going for breakfast?” I asked the shy boy next to me. “Well there’s a Denny’s just up the road if that’s cool?” He said “Sounds perfect.”
