Bulletproof Love

Emily’s POV:
I was standing on the side of the stage watching my brothers do their thing on stage. It was the first time ever I got to see them live, and I’m so glad it is happening. I now have three more people in my life that I can tolerate. Kellin, Jaime, and Tony. I can’t help but smile when I think about him. “Here it comes!” Kellin said squeezing my arm. I gave him a confused look; he grabbed a mic and walked on stage. “Oh hey Kellin!” Vic said “Hey Vic do you think they’re ready?” Kellin said pointing to the crowd. “I think they’re fucking ready!” Vic screamed and then the first notes of ‘king for a day’ played. The crowd screamed like wild animals. They all ran off after the song and Kellin was the first to hug me. “Ew Kells you smell bad!” I said “Shut up” he said as he let me go. Jaime then attacked me giving me a thousand mini hugs. Then I hugged Mike, then Vic, then Tony. “You guys did really great!” I said as we headed out towards the bus. “What was your favorite part?” Jaime asked me, “I liked King for a day!” I said looking at Kellin. They all agreed as we entered the bus. I sat on the bus with all the sweaty boys as they all took a shower one at a time. We all talked about random stuff and the boys made a list of food for me to get.

“Well I’m going to go see Fall Out Boy and then I’m off to the store. So if anyone wants to come…” before I could finish Jaime was already fumbling down the stairs. “Anyone else?” I asked laughing. “Well meet you there!” Mike said. “Okay!” I said as I walked out the door. “Come on Em! I don’t want to miss the falling out boys!!!” Jaime said practically dragging me with him. I swear he is a 7 year old boy in a grown man’s body. I could tell me and him were going to be best friends. We got to the main stage sooner than later even though Jaime somehow managed to get us lost on the way. He’s an idiot. Half way through the set I felt some hands wrap around me. “Tony, I’m trying to take photos” I whined to him. He didn’t say anything he just grabbed my hand. I gave him a quick peck on the nose. I guess I was done taking photos.

The show was over and I said some quick goodbyes to the boys before I hopped into my car. I heard the passenger side door open and I looked over to see none other than the Jaime Preciado. “I’m coming to! I want some ice cream” he said as he bounced up and down. I started my car “I never said we were getting ice cream, Himes” “But we are now! Let’s get going people are going to be there at 11!” I laughed and we drove off towards the nearest grocery store. “TURN HERE” He yelled. “What are you my human GPS?” I laughed. “No but I know where to go!” I pulled into a parking space and grabbed my purse. As soon as we walked into target Jaime got in the cart. “You’ve got to be kidding me.” I said rolling my eyes. “MUSH MUSH!” he yelled while pounding his fist in the air.
After getting more food then we needed, and getting some ice cream for Jaime we were off to my house. “So do you like Tony?” He said in a more serious tone. “I don’t know” I said not taking my eyes off of the road. “He really likes you.” “You think?” I asked, I was honestly really curious. “Ya you both like nerdy things like Star Wars!” “Hey Star Wars is not nerdy.” I laughed. We pulled up to my house at 10:15 and we each grabbed about 20 bags determined not to make two trips. We threw the bags onto the table and I noticed my extremely messy house. “Sorry about the mess. I’ve been home alone for a week.” He Laughed. “It’s okay you clean and I’ll get the food ready!”
