The Cost of Freedom Is High

You're Leaving?

Kuza got me a glass of water, and a cold washcloth, quickly, and sat down on the bed next to me.

“We don’t have to talk about it now, and it doesn’t have to go between anyone else, but later we are going to talk about it.” Kuza informed me.

“Fine.” I agreed with him.

I drank the water, and Kuza kindly wiped my face and the back of my neck with the washcloth.

“Feeling better?” Kuza asked.

“Yeah.” I replied.

“Follow me up then.” Kuza instructed, getting up and walking upstairs.

I walked behind him, and was surprised at what I saw in the hallways and foyer.

Everyone was packing up, carrying supplies, and packing suitcases.

“What’s going on? Are we moving?” I asked.

“Just wait a second, you’ll find out.” Kuza told me.

I followed him all the way to Asking’s room, where we found Craig, Chris, and of course Danny.

They all had a giant suitcase and were packing a few last things.

“Hey, you feeling better?” Chris asked.

“Yeah, thanks.” I said.

“Great, sit on my suitcase and try to get the fucker to close.” Danny grumbled.

I went over to him and he lifted me up on the bed and sat me down on his suitcase.

“So what’s going on?” I asked them.

“Well you know how we were on tour, and then you kind of decided to take a little run?” Craig started.

“Yeah.” I told them.

“Yeah, well being it that touring is our job we need to get back out and finish touring.” Craig informed me.

“So I’m going back on tour with you?” I wondered.

“Absolutely not.” Chris chuckled.

“May I?” Kuza asked.

“Go ahead.” Danny told him.

“You’re staying here with me.” Kuza admitted.

“So everybody else is leaving as well?” I questioned them.

“Yeah, basically.” Craig said.

“So even the tall tattooed guy?” I asked.

“Bells, you have to be a bit more specific. There’s a lot of tall tattooed guys.” Chris stated.

“The new guy.” I told him.

“Trace?”

“Yeah sure, I guess.” I replied.

“The other member in his band booked some things across the country during these next few months so he has to go and do that. Everyone else is touring as of now as well.” Craig explained, as my weight finally pushed the cover down and Danny zipped it up.

“So it’s just you and I?” I asked, trying to confirm it.

“Well Bobby’s actually staying here for a few days, but other than that we’re here by ourselves.” Kuza told me.

“Are we sure I can’t just you know, slip into one of your tour buses?” I questioned them.

“No, no you can’t Bella. You already lost our trust with that.” Chris replied.

“What, are you scared of me Bella?” Kuza tested me.

“Yeah a bit.” I muttered.

“Don’t misbehave, and you’ll be fine.” Danny told me.

“Hey we need Bella downstairs helping.” TJ called from down the hall.

“Go.” Craig dismissed me.

I hopped off the bed, and walked down to meet TJ who had multiple heavy looking suitcases.

“Bring those out to our bus.” TJ instructed.

“Yes, sir.” I said.

I grabbed one and brought it out to the bus where I met James and Cameron.
“We’ll miss you.” James whined, taking me into his arms as Cameron grabbed the suitcase from me.

“Not for the right reasons.” I told him.

“Don’t be stupid Bella, if not to keep yourself safe, but the baby as well.” James whispered to me.

“I’ll worry about that okay, you don’t need to.” I stated.

“Bella, I know you think that we don’t give a shit, but we do. A giant mistake was made, but now we need to make sure that it’s okay.” James said.

I was going to respond, but Cameron came back out and I decided just to shut my mouth.

Looking back I saw TJ, Thrasher, and Ghost come out with the rest of the suitcases.

“Everything’s out, so once everyone comes out we can get going.” Balz announced as he walked out with Tyler.

“How long is everyone gone for?” I wondered.

“The three of our bands will be about 4-5 weeks. The others aren’t fully sure but it will be more than ours.” Thrasher said.

“Damn it, I’m going to miss you TJ.” I groaned jokingly.

“Real funny. Just know though that if I come back and find out you weren’t behaving yourself your ass is mine, in every sense of the phrase.” TJ growled into my ear.

“Kinky.” I stated.

“Careful where you say that word.” Chris announced from behind me, wrapping his arms around my chest, setting his head on my shoulder.

“Please tell Kuza not to kill me.” I whispered to Chris.

“Follow his instructions and you won’t have any problems.” Chris said.

“We’re ready to go.” Danny called out, exiting the house with everyone else, even Kuza.

I got passed around within deep bear hugs, as the guys slowly trickled into their buses.

Craig was the last one out.

“Listen to me okay, if something, anything, goes wrong tell someone. Don’t be stupid about things.” Craig warned me.

“Okay.” I agreed.

“See you later.” Craig said, then got onto his bus.

I stood outside and watched as they all left the property.

“Come on.” Kuza called to me.

“So it’s really just you, Bobby, and I for now?” I asked him.

“Yeah, time to go inside.” Kuza replied.

A bit of my heart died as I walked back inside. It felt so good to be out there.

Once we were back inside Kuza went through the long process of locking all the doors and setting the alarm system once again.

Kuza went to go talk to Bobby about something and I was left alone in the front foyer.

This was going to be interesting.

Notes

It's only about one month, nothing too terrible can happen, right?

Will Kuza keep up this seemingly nice attitude?

I hope you guys liked it, and if you don't mind commenting, subscribing, and rating :)

I've got a lot of plans for the next few chapters, so I hope you're excited.
