And I Just Fell in the Deep End

Luna paced nervously back and forth in her dressing room, checking herself in the mirror every few passes to make sure everything was perfect.
Vic knocked on the door to Luna's dressing room. "Luna bear?"
"It's open." Luna said from her spot in front of the mirror.
Vic turned the handle and walked inside. Luna looked even more beautiful than the first time he saw her in the store. His eyes were just fixated on his little sister. Here she was, getting married, when not very long ago he was watching her grow up from being friends with Tony all those years. He saw her playing on swings and learning to ride her bike. Her first boyfriend, her first everything, and now she stood in front of him a half hour from becoming Mrs. Preciado with baby Preciado on the way. Tears welled up in his eyes before he could stop them "Oh, Luna bear... You're beautiful..." Vic said.
Luna turned around. "Vic I'm so nervous... What if I trip or something! Oh god." She started to pace again.
"You're not going to trip baby you're in flats!" Vic laughed. "And even if you do, Jaime will be right there. Just focus on Jaime, no one else." He sat on a chair "here come sit" he pointed to his lap.
Luna sighed and eased herself onto his lap. "Look." She held out her hands, which were trembling just the slightest.
Vic wrapped his arm around her back, careful not to wrinkle anything on her dress and held her hands with one hand. "Everything will be alright darlin. You don't have much more time to wait, Tony will be in here any minute then you get to go become Mrs. Preciado." Vic smiled and let go of her hands. He rested his hand on her little baby bump, rubbing gently with his thumb while he hummed softly to Luna.
Luna closed her eyes and leaned back. "She sure is growing fast."
"I know. Before you know it she'll be in your arms. Only 6 more months." Vic smiled and kissed her temple. "I wonder what super talent she'll have." He smirked.
"Knowing you guys, all of them." Luna giggled.
Vic smiled. There was a knock at the door, Tony stood on the other side of it trying to calm down. It was time to walk his little sister down the aisle. "L-lulu?" He called shakily.
"That's my cue." Luna stood and walked to the door, opening it slowly.
Vic quickly exited the room to stand by Jaime outside, squeezing Tony on the shoulder before he went.
Tony stared at his sister. Tears came to his eyes. "Lulu..." He thought of all the times he had to be a dad to Luna once their dad had died, teaching her everything and making sure she grew up right. And then later when he had to be her mom when theirs took off on them. Most of all when he had to be her big brother, protecting her and making sure she was safe. Now she's about to become a bride, and a mom. The tears fell fast from his eyes. "Weren’t you just like 5 a few years ago? How are you getting married today?" He asked through tears.
"Come here baby." Luna hugged him. "I'll always be your little girl." She whispered in his ear.
"You better believe it" he whispered back, kissing her forehead. He wiped his tears. "Now come on, it's time for me to give you to my best friend..." He took a deep breath. "I love you so much LuLu."
"I love you too Tony. You've been more than just a brother to me all these years. Without you I wouldn't be alive, let alone about to become a Mrs." Luna squeezed his hand.
Tony hugged Luna tight and squeezed his eyes shut "and I wouldn't have it any other way" he choked out, tears flowing again.
Tears pricked at the corners of Luna's eyes, and she forced them back. She was determined not to cry until she made it to the altar. "Let's go, I'm ready to be married." She pulled away from the embrace and kissed his cheek softly.
Tony held his arm out for her then put his hand over her hand when she took hold of it. They started walking and got outside. The wedding planner had put up vines at the end of the aisle so that there would be that effect of the door. Tony stopped in front of it, there was a man at either side of it to pull it open when they were ready. Tony looked at Luna "are you ready?"
Luna nodded carefully, getting choked up once she got a good look at everything.
Tony kissed her cheek and nodded at the men to have them open the vines. "I love you" he whispered as they were being opened, and then began walking his little girl slowly towards the love of her life.
Luna's tears spilled over and she smiled widely when she saw Jaime standing there with her brothers. She had to take a deep breath and compose herself to keep from running into his arms.
Tony and Luna finally reached the altar. The officiant asked "who gives this woman away?" And tony answered "I do" proudly, before Jaime stepped up to take her from him.
Tony didnt let go.
"Tone you gotta let her go" Jaime laughed.
"I don't wanna" he said with a pout.
"Come on Tony, remember what I said inside." Luna murmured in his ear.
Tony reluctantly let her arm go. "Take care of her Jaime." He said, tears coming to his eyes.
"You know I will" Jaime said, taking Luna to their place in front of the altar.
Tony took his place next to Vic and Mike behind Jaime, wiping his eyes.
Luna took Jaime's hands in hers after wiping the tears off her cheeks. She smiled at him.
The priest welcomed everyone, and then told everyone that Jaime had written his own vows so he would start with those.
Jaime took a deep breath and took out a piece of paper that was folded in his inside pocket. He cleared his throat and began to read.
"Luna. We haven't been together long, not even a year yet, but that never stopped me from loving you. I knew from the moment we started going out that we were meant to be together. That's why I asked you to marry me after 3 months. Because I knew even then that we were going to be together for the rest of our lives. You let me fix you when you were broken. You let me hold you when you were scared. You let me protect you when you needed to be. You've given me the gift of being a daddy, and I love you and our baby more than life itself. And I swear to god I wish these thoughts of mine could create the sunshine as beautiful as your eyes if paint this night sky." He smiled "I promise you forever."
He looked up at the priest and smiled indicating he was done then locked eyes on Luna again. "I love you" he mouthed.
Luna let go of one of his hands to cover her mouth, stifling a sob.
He rubbed her other hand with his thumb.
"So we'll do the normal vows for Luna." The priest said, then had her repeat them when she was composed.
When she was done, the priest looked to Jaime.
"Do you, Jaime Preciado, take Luna Perry as your lawfully wedded wife?"
Jaime nodded, not taking his eyes off of her. "I do."
"Do you, Luna Perry, take Jaime Preciado as your lawfully wedded husband?"
"I do." Luna managed to choke out through the tears that were flowing freely now.
"Who has the rings?"
Mike and Vic stepped forward. Mike gave Jaime Luna's ring and Vic gave Luna Jaime’s ring. Vic wiped her tears before returning to his place.
Jaime slipped Luna's ring on, and Luna did the same with Jaime's, her smile growing.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife... Jaime, you can kiss your bride."
Jaime smiled and leaned in to kiss Luna
Luna cupped his cheeks with her hands and kissed him passionately.
After a few seconds, Jaime took Luna's hand and turned her to the crowd. He raised their hands above their heads with a huge smile and then headed back down the aisle.
The priest told everyone that their reception was down the beach a little ways and to please join them. Mike Tony and Vic followed Jaime and Luna out. They all had to make an entrance at the reception together.
After waiting behind for a little bit, Jaime took Luna’s hand and led her to the reception area followed by all the boys. When they got there everyone stood and cheered. The dj made an announcement.
"Before we do anything, for the first time ever, Mr. and Mrs. Preciado will dance together as husband and wife."
Jaime smiled and led Luna to the dance floor. The music started and Jaime smiled wider, then the lyrics started - Jaime began singing with the recording
"And I just fell in the deepend..." He smirked at Luna, twirling her around and dancing slow with her.
"Jaime! You recorded it!" Luna kissed him as they danced.
Jaime smiled "I did" he kissed her and continued singing "but man it’s a long trip
From all the crazy things I've seen in this world.
I'm blessed
I guess
I love you" he whispered the last part.
Luna kissed him again, wrapping her arms around his neck. "I love you too. So so so much."
The song ended, the DJ informed everyone who hadn't figured it out that it was Jaime singing and it was a song he wrote for Luna and every one awed. Jaime led her back to their seats. They took their seats and it was time for toasts by the best men, before they got to eat.
Luna smiled when she sat.
Vic stood up first and cleared his throat.
"Jaime has been one of my best friends for years. We're in the same band and he's pretty much my brother. Luna, Tony's sister, she's been my little sister for as long as I can remember. Other than Tony, and before Jaime, I feel like I'm the closest person to her. She tells me everything and always has. When these boneheads got together, I couldn't have been happier. They're seriously perfect together. Jaime, congratulations and take care of her, you'll always be my best friend. Luna, I love you little sister, you'll always be my Luna bear." Vic raised his glass "to Jaime and Luna!" Everyone raised their glass and drank.
Luna smiled and hugged Vic with one arm once he sat back down
Tony stood up next. He looked at Luna and then looked at the crowd. He took a deep breath and took the microphone from Vic.
"I'll start with Jaime because if I start with Luna ill start crying and probably never get to Jaime" Tony laughed. "Jaime you've been my best friend and brother for years, now it’s just official. When I found out you were dating my sister I wanted to remove some part of you that I shouldn't mention in front of children" he smiled "but I quickly realized that you were the best thing to ever happen to my little girl. You fixed her and brought her back to life and I could never thank you enough for that." He took another deep breath before continuing "Luna" he sighed. "I've had to play dad to you ever since dad passed...." He looked down trying to compose himself "I've had to be your teacher, your protector, your savior. I had to make sure you grew up the way that dad would have wanted you to. And I think he'd be proud of you today. Then when mom left, I had to be your mom, your dad, and your big brother. I've had to play all these roles to you and I hope to god I did a good job at it. It's your turn to be a mom now, and it’s time for Jaime to be your protector and savior. Even though you'll always be my little girl, now it’s his turn. I’ll never be ready to let you go... But it's your time..." Tony choked out the last few words before raising his glass to end his speech, then he sipped from it and sat down, his body shaking from quiet sobs.
Luna stood up and walked over to him, hugging him tightly. "I love you." She whispered.
Tony hugged Luna tightly
"I love you too LuLu. So much."

Jaime took the mic next. "I'd like to say a few words. Mama and Papa Fuentes? Thank you for practically raising Luna, Tony, and me. It's not easy to grow up with parents who aren't around for whatever reason, and you were more parents than mine ever were. You helped Tony raise Luna when he was just a teenager, and you took me in many times when I couldn't be at home. We could never thank you enough. We love you.
And to my bride... May our lives be blessed with new opportunities and adventures, wherever it takes us. And I couldn't be happier to be called your husband" he smiled and pecked her on the lips then raised his glass and drank.
Luna kissed him back and took the mic. "Well the bride doesn't usually speak but this wedding is far from traditional so what the heck. Jaime. I remember the first time we met. I'm pretty sure I ran over your foot with my bike." She paused for the chuckles that erupted from the room. "I've had a crush on you ever since that day, and as you know I was going through a terrible time when you asked me out, but I was ecstatic. You fixed me, and so much more than that. I am so excited to finally be yours officially forever. And share the wonderful experience of having a child with you. Tony, Vic, mike, mama and papa. My brothers. My parents when ours weren't there. You've always been there for me, lifting me up when I'm down. Tony and Vic especially, you two taught me my first instrument, how to ride a bike, and mostly how to stand up for myself. I love you all so much, and thank you for everything."
Mike Vic and Tony all stood up to hug Luna. They all group hugged which caused a huge "aww." Mama and Papa made their way up and hugged and kissed Luna and Jaime and thanked them for their kind words. Then everyone sat, as dinner was being served.
Luna placed her hand on Jaime's knee, palm up as they ate.
Jaime happily took her hand and squeezed it. He looked at her with the biggest grin like he'd won a million bucks.
Luna grinned back, eating quietly. She looked up at him every few minutes. He looked incredibly handsome in a tux, and she couldn't believe that she had just gotten married to him.
"I can't believe you're all mine" Jaime whispered.
"I can't believe I'm yours forever." She whispered back. "I mean I always knew, but it's official..."
Soon enough, it was time to cut the cake Jaime and Luna walked over to the cake and stood to the side of it so everyone could see them. Jaime stood behind Luna with the knife in Luna's hand, Jaime’s hand over Luna's.
Luna cut the first piece, with his help, and put it on the plate. She kissed him
Jaime took a small piece of cake and picked it up with his fingers. He wiped frosting on her nose before putting the piece in her mouth gently. He smiled and then kissed the frosting off
Luna picked up a piece and fed him after crinkling her nose at the feeling of the frosting. She wiped it on his cheek and then licked it with a grin
Jaime caught her chin when she licked his cheek and pulled her into a kiss. "You're adorable as hell" he mumbled against her lips, smiling.
"I love you so much." Luna replied, and kissed him passionately.
"I love you more" Jaime smiled then pulled back. "Let's open up the dance floor!" He yelled to the DJ.
"I have 3 brothers and papa to dance with im gonna be so tired!"
"And you gotta save some for himetime" he smiled.
"Of course. You first. Unless Tony steals me, you know I can't say no to him."
Jaime nodded and led Luna to the dance floor, he placed his hands around her waist and looked into her eyes. They danced in circles for what seemed like hours, but was really only a few minutes before Tony cut in.
"May I steal your wife for a dance?" Tony asked all formally. Jaime nodded and kissed Luna before backing up and letting Tony step in.
"Hi" Tony said.
"Hey." Luna smiled up at him, wrapping her arms around his neck.
"You look beautiful" Tony said.
Luna blushed. "Thanks. Hey Tone?"
"Yeah lulu?" Tony asked..
"Thank you. For being here for me always, for walking me down the aisle today. And most of all for being my rock in the darkest of times. I can't even thank you enough." She would've continued but she had to stop since she got choked up.
Tony pulled Luna in tight. "Baby you don't need to thank me, that's all my job" he smiled and kissed her forehead. "But seriously I love being your rock. And even thought you're gonna be a momma and you're Jaime’s wife, I hope I still get to be your rock and savior?"
"Of course! And if anyone hurts my little baby, you can kick their ass. I'm too small." Luna giggled.
"Tio tony will protect them" he smiled against her shoulder "hey Luna?"
"Hmm?" She looked up at him.
"When do you find out if it’s a boy or girl?" Tony asked.
"Tomorrow! Jaime and I wanted to know before we leave for the honeymoon."
Tony smiled. "You better tell me the second you know"
"Do you wanna come?" She asked him.
Tony pulled back "I could do that??" He asked excitedly.
"Of course! I'm far along enough now that the ultrasounds are on my tummy, there's nothing you wouldn't wanna see!" She giggled.
"Oh Luna that would be the best thing ever!" Tony was super excited.
Papa cut in "could I dance with my daughter?" He asked tony.
Tony smiled and nodded and papa stepped in.
"Mija I'm so proud of you. You and Jaime are going to go far. I can't believe the beautiful lovely young woman you've turned out to be. Tony and I have raised you up right" he kissed her forehead.
"Thank you so much papa! It means a lot coming from you." Luna smiled as she danced with him for a while.
Luna stepped away from papa when Vic came and asked to dance. "Hi." She beamed at him.
Vic smiled wide at her and wrapped his arms around her. "God, Luna. You are just stunning" he pulled away from her and twirled her around slowly before bringing her back in and wrapping his arms around her waist.
"I love you, Vic. Thank you for everything. Thank you for taking me to the hospital and not questioning when I told you to lie to Tony. Thank you for leaving it alone for the year and a half when it was eating at you. I love you. You're my best friend." Luna said.
Vic pulled her close. "What are big brothers for?" He smiled and put his forehead to hers. "I love you Luna. You're my best friend too." Tears pricked at the corners of his eyes, he licked his lips and blinked them away. He kissed her forehead.
"Awwww are you gonna cry!?" Luna hugged him and kissed his cheek.
Vic sniffed and shook his head no "nope. Not me." He laughed and squeezed her tight.
Mike cut in next "my turn?" He asked.
"Mikey!" Luna grinned as he took Vic's place. "Would I be frowned at if I took my shoes off? They're KILLING my feettt."
"I think it's expected at this point of the night" he laughed. "Let me help" he held her arm steady.
Luna laughed and took her shoes off, tossing them to Jaime. "There, now we can dance."
Mike took her by the waist and held her close. "Do you know how beautiful you are babe?"
Luna blushed. "Awww thanks."
"Luna" Mike sighed. "I know I always joke around with you, but I want to be serious with you for a minute. I know we're not as close as you and my brother are, but I love you so much, kid. You're family as far as I'm considered, and you are my little sister. I'm so happy that you and Tony came into our lives. I don't know what my life would be like if you never showed up. I know there have been rough times, and I know you haven't always wanted to stick around through them, but I'm so glad you're happy now because I don't know what I would do if I lost you." Mike got choked up, tears building in his eyes "I love you Luna." he said, wiping the tears that had fallen.
"Aw Mikey don't cry cause then I will!" She said, tearing up as well. "Thank you SO much for being there after Derek came back. We need a Harry potter marathon when I get back from Hawaii."
"There's no need to thank me nugget. I like protecting you. And hell yeah we do!" Mike grinned.
"Also thanks for beating the bastards face in." She smiled.
Mike smirked "my pleasure."
Luna sighed when the song was over. "I do believe I should be getting back to my husband." She got butterflies when she said the word and smiled. "I feel like I've been neglecting him." She pouted.
Mike nodded "go on back to your hubby" he laughed "am I the last one you needed to dance with?"
"Yep! Best for last." She winked.
"Oh of course!" He grinned. "Go on back to hime. Thank you for the dance, I love you" he walked away to see his mom.
Luna wandered back over to Jaime, barefoot.
Jaime was chatting with Jaxin and Tony when Luna came back "hey baby" he said, smiling ear to ear.
"Hi!" Luna said, and stifled a yawn.
"Aw you're all worn out?" Jaime asked.
"I'm sooooo tired." Luna sat down, rubbing her bump absentmindedly.
"You should just sit until everyone starts leaving baby. You don't wanna be on your feet too long and make the baby upset" he smiled, sitting next to her and rubbing her belly too.
"My back is already sore. I'm ready for bed." Luna smiled at him tiredly.
"Hopefully people start leaving soon so we can get home. People like weddings too much" he laughed. As if on cue people started coming up to say bye, Jaime told everyone to go up to her instead of her going to them because she was too tired. Soon enough only the family was left.
"Come on honey lets go home now" Jaime said. He wrapped his arm around her back, and the other around her legs and picked her up, carrying her to the car.
Luna rested her head on his shoulder, yawning hugely. "Today was the best day ever."
"It sure was" Jaime kissed her temple. He drove home and carried her into the house as well, and up to their room. He placed her gently on the ground, and then helped her unzip her gown, putting it back on the hanger and into the garment bag for her. He rubbed her belly and kissed it, then took his suit off and climbed into bed.
Luna climbed into bed next to him, after taking her bra off and putting on one of his shirts. She snuggled into his arms. "I love you so much."
"I love you more" he pulled her close and snuggled into her.
Luna closed her eyes and fell asleep, a permanent smile plastered on her lips.

Notes

Hey guys, i know it's been months, but here's the last chapter. This fic was supposed to be a lot longer, but i lost a good chunk of it and got discouraged. Then I had planned on ending with this chapter, but kept forgetting to do it.

Here's the rest of what I had planned:

The next day they found out they were having a girl. They named her Gabriella Elena Preciado. Tony and Jaxin got engaged that September, Jaxin has asked Tony. They got married that December, the 28th, on their anniversary. They got married fast because when Luna had her baby, they decided they wanted to adopt a baby. About a month later they adopted a baby girl that they named Olivia Rose Hall-Perry.
