I sit in the backseat with my music blaring. I hear a mumbling noise and take out an ear bud. "What?" "You're gonna be def before you're 20 Kells." Kylie laughed and continued driving.
"Well...maybe that'll be a good thing so I don't have to hear your mouth every 5 minutes." "Oooh burn, I should have seen that coming" we both laugh as we pulled into a driveway. "Home sweet home" she said with a cheesy grin on her face.This has been the 5th time I have heard that in 3 years. After my mom kicked me out Kylie took me in and we have been moving around ever sense. She walked up to the door and yelled back "Alright i'm gonna go ahead in,you be a doll and bring in the bags for me?" As I walk to the back of the car I glance down the road and see 4 boys riding their skateboards.I make eye contact with a shortish one with long brown hair.I wave at him as he does an aerial.He smiles at me and continues riding away with his friends.I continue watching as they skate away, the boy's eyes meet mine once more and then he is gone. Just then I hear a scream.
I take off running for the house my heart beating in my ears and when I burst in the door I see my sister looking at me with an amused look on her face."What the fuck happened?!" I yell. "welll" she begins to explain." I glanced outside and noticed you staring at that boy all googly eyed and stuff and i needed the bags in her soooo... i screamed you know?for the dramatic effect." An annoyed look spread across my face as i shook my head and walked back out to the car to gather the bags.
Soon enough the house is set up and i'm ready for food." We can go out to eat" kylie says in a cheery tone. "You hungry?". "No duh" i replied with a smirk on my face "let's go to ihop" I was surprised moving in took so little time, although we don't carry much with us. "wow it's only 7 pm..." i said to myself. "WELP" my sister said making me jump "we better hurry so we can get you registered for school" she winked at me and got into the car." Shit i forgot all about school.
