How Does It Feel To Breathe Oxygen Inside Her Head?

Jaime's POV(Evelina's body)
It sounds cliche, hell it is cliche, but our lips were meant for each other in this moment. My whole being felt like it was in heaven and suddenly all the hate I felt for her was erased. This kiss wasn't going to lead to anything, it was simply an innocent kiss. To my dismay she pulled away and we both were breathing heavily.
"Was that kiss perfect or is it just me?" Evelina asked a slight smile on her face.
"It wasn't just you," I smiled hugging her body close. It felt a little weird since it was my body that I was hugging.
"Good," She hugged me tighter.
"Hold me close, don't let go," I whispered a bit embarrassed by my words. Evelina didn't speak, instead she just held me close and didn't let go.

Evelina's POV(Jaime's body)
Holding Jaime felt insanely good and my heart raced. We just laid in silence and I'm glad I ended up here.
"Baby this is paradise and it's so god damn good," Jaime whispered kissing my lips once again.
"Jaime I'm so sorry for destroying your life," Tears ran down my face mixed with guilt. Instead he just said nothing and looked to the ceiling. Awkwardness filled the air and was weighting down on me. Jaime was still silent and looked conflicted.
"Let's go to the beach?" I hesitantly suggested feeling a tad uncomfortable.
"Uh okay..." Jaime said probably still feeling awkward.

Jaime's POV(Evelina's body)
The wind ran through my hair, I could smell the sea salt, and saw the sun slowly setting like it was waiting for us.
"This is gorgeous," Evelina whispered" Just like you," She continued.
"But you're the man now," I laughed kissing her cheek. I decided to try not to hold a grudge against Evelina and be good to her. She made my heart flutter even when I hated her. I'm just going to live life and be happy. Forgive and forget.
"Way to ruin the moment!" She giggled pretending to walk away, but I caught her just in time. I laid down watching the sun once again and then I felt Evelina wrap her arms around me. The sun set and it amazed me how beautiful life is. Purple, pink, orange, and light blue painted the sky but soon faded into black with shiny, bright stars.
"Look a shooting star!" She whispered obviously excited.
"Make a wish," I stated closing my eyes. My wish was to get back into my body, make Eve mine, and love her forever.
"What'd you wish for?" Eve questioned tilting her head sideways.
"If I tell you it won't come true!" I rolled my eyes playfully.
"Whatever," We both laughed staring into each others eyes. A second later her lips pressed against mine. Our kissed was filled with passion, happiness, and maybe a little love. It's too soon to feel this way! And we're too young! But I remembered something Vic told me. He said "There's no such thing as too young,"
So I pushed all negative thoughts aside and kissed her with as much passion as I could.
"When I was young, I thought I'd be fine without a Queen," I reminisced breaking the exquisite kiss.
"You still feel that way?" She asked softly.
"No," I honestly answered
"How do you feel now?" Eve asked.
"Right now, I feel like there's no other place is rather be when I dream of your face," Our eyes connected and Evelina looked shocked at my words.
"As long as you're with me, I know I'll be okay," Eve replied sweetly tucking hair behind my hair.
"I don't quite know what to say or how to feel," I said purely speaking the words I felt.
"Just speak your mind Himes," She cooed.
"How fragile my heart can be, these things I'm so afraid of don't mean a thing, my heart wants you." It was my turn to cry cause my eyes burned and my cheeks felt wet.
"Baby don't cry," Eve soothed.
"Sometimes I just hate my own reflection and question every choice I've made," I sobbed into her chest.
"Sometimes you gotta fall before you fly, sometime to really live you gotta try, you can change it all together, in the end you're gonna find what we felt in our hearts was real the whole time," Evelina said hugging me tight and caressing my face.
"How do you do that Eve?" I asked in awe at her words.
"I just said what I felt," She smiled kissing my forehead.
"It's getting late, we should head home," I suggested not really wanting to end the moment. This perfect moment.
"You're right, plus your mom is probably worried about me," Evelina sighed.

We walked home and she went inside my house or hers for the time being. Then I went to the still empty house and squealed in joy. That day at the beach was perfection! I'm going to ask her out tomorrow. My eyes closed and soon I fell into a deep, peaceful, beautiful slumber.
