Dear diary,

The sound of his voice makes me feel like I'm flying. He looks at me with those big brown eyes and it makes me feel like all the broken pieces of my heart are being mended together.

I know I'm young and everyone's always told me that love doesn't exist at this age but I've never felt so happy as I do when I hug him. Tony Perry is like my own personal star of Bethlehem which leads me to nothing more than happiness.

Maria stared down at the tiny brown diary in her hands that she had last written in, nearly 6 years ago. Time had flown since then, she was now 23 years old and had no recollection of the sound of Tony's voice. Looking at her handwriting from when she was 17 and reading her thoughts on this man she now knew absolutely nothing about made a slight laugh escape her red lips. Maria shut the diary and put it back in the box she found it in, then she closed it and put it under her bed before grabbing her luggage and walking out of the bedroom door.
