3 Dates With Jaime

It was around 7pm and I had to get ready for work. Jaime had already gone to start work an hour before me. For once, I didn't really want to go work but I had no choice. As I served people their tacos I just wanted to get it all over with so that I could see Jaime once again. After a long day of work, I wheeled my cart back home and read the paper. I was sipping some green tea when I got a text from Jaime.


Jaime: meet me @ the park!
Me: What now!?
Jaime: Just meet me there!
Me: Fine, give me a few minutes
Jaime: wear something nice :)
Me: OK


I was pretty confused but I did exactly what he said. I put on a new outfit and wore my new pair of vans. I finished my tea and walked out my house. The park was pretty close to my house and once I got there, Jaime was standing there with one hand in his pocket and the other waving at me. I waved back and I noticed that Mike and Tony were there too. My face lit up.
'Hey! How do you guys know each other?' I wondered.
'Well, I've got my connections,' Jaime laughed. 'Well, actually, I got some of my tattoos from Tony and then I learnt that he was with your brother! What a coincidence!'
'So, what's going on? Why are we here' I asked. Mike looked pretty excited so it must've been good.



'We're on a date,' Jaime said happily. I raised an eyebrow.
'A date? You mean a surprise double date?'
'No just the both of us'
'Then why did you invite them?' I wondered.
'I actually bumped into them when I came'
Mike elbowed Jaime to get him to talk.
'Ah! Okay, okay. Vic, I want to ask you something important'
'Yeah...'
I was pretty nervous about what he was going to say and why Mike and Tony needed to be there.



'Y'know, I really love you'
'Yeah,' I blushed. Jaime put his hands on my shoulders
'Will you marry me?'
