I sat there dumbfounded while listening to what this random, blonde haired, big boobed chick in front of me was saying. Did girls like this hang out on the tour bus every night? Or was this part of the plan to piss me off day one of me being on tour with the boys? This was one of Vic’s “friends” as he referred to her as when he introduced us. Ever since he and Alex broke up he’s been having a lot of “friends” according to Mike.

“You know, you would be so pretty if you put on a little make up!” She grinned at me, “No offense or anything.”

I pulled my beer bottle from my lips and snapped, “You know, you would be so pretty if you would shut the fuck up. No offense or anything.”

I heard Mike snicker from behind me as her jaw dropped. He ran his hand through my hair and tugged on it at the back of my head, bringing my ear to his lips, “Behave.”

I rolled my eyes, then looked at the girl who’s jaw was still on the floor… Like has no one ever been mean to you before? You’re not royalty… You’re not even pretty. “Sorry, Amy, it’s been a long day and I just think I need to go to bed.” I leaned back into Mike and looked up at him, “Can we go to bed?” He just nodded and I took that as my cue to go ahead and get up and head back to his bunk.

I flopped down onto Mike’s bed and got under the covers. I took my bra off & then kicked my pants off to the end of the bed. All that kept running through my head was the strange idea that Vic probably asked this girl to be a total bitch to me… and as much as I didn’t want to jump to conclusions and start a fight on my first night out on tour with Mike, I wanted a fucking answer as to what the hell was going on with that girl. Mike was taking his sweet time at coming back to the bed, so I just decided to close my eyes and wait for him, and probably take a nap in the process because I figured it would be a little while.

I stirred to the feeling of lips on my forehead. I opened my eyes and saw Mike in bed next to me. I grabbed my phone and saw that I had been asleep all night long. It was nine in the morning.

Mike ran his right hand through my hair, “You looked so peaceful when you fell asleep. I didn’t want to wake you up or disturb you when I got in bed.”

I smiled and nuzzled my head into his hand, “Thanks, baby, you’re so sweet. Is the bitch gone?”

“Yeah, she left last night,” he responded as he pulled me closer to him. “I asked the guys to give us at least an hour of alone time today once we get to the venue so I can have you all to myself.”

I rolled my eyes as his hand crept down to the start of my underwear. “Keep your hands to yourself, Fuentes,” I laughed and tried to wriggle out of his grip.

“You guys better not be fooling around!” Jaime’s voice filled the bus. “I’m hungover and will throw up on both of you.”

Mike pulled the curtain back on his bunk for us to see Jaime across from us, in the fetal position on his bed. “Didn’t you miss us?” Mike laughed.

I climbed over Mike and snuggled up to Jaime, “Stop being a pussy.”

“Go fuck yourself,” Jaime groaned and tried to pull his blanket over his head. “Rae, move your fat ass my blanket is stuck.”

“Go fuck yourself,” I mocked him. Jaime let out a burp from under me, “If you throw up on me I’m going to feed it to you.”

“Can you guys shut the fuck up? I’m trying to sleep,” Vic’s head popped out from his bunk over-top of Mike’s. I never understood why Mike’s tall ass couldn’t handle sleeping on the top bunk. He swore it was because he was afraid of heights, but it honestly didn’t make sense for Vic to jump up there with his short little legs.

I rolled my eyes, “Can you not be a total fun sucker?”

“Can you not be a total bitch?” Vic snapped back at me.

I watched Mike clench his jaw, obviously frustrated. Before he had a chance to say anything Tony’s voice erupted from the bunk above me, “Bro, you need to give up on this whole grudge thing. You are acting like a fucking two year old.”

“You were the one that called me and told me to fucking come out here,” I snarled. “You’re not even mad at me because you think I’m going to hurt Mike. You’re mad because I didn’t tell you every little secret about my life like you expected me to.”

“You don’t keep shit like that from your best friend,” Vic said with venom dripping from his tongue.

Mike cleared his throat, “Can I actually say something?” I nodded and he continued, “Vic, first of all, you kept shit a secret from me that you should’ve told me, and I’m your own brother. You can’t be mad at Rae for not wanting to tell you something that was her personal business and didn’t involve you. And second, to both of you,” Mike pointed at me, “And I do mean both of you. If this shit keeps up I’m going to have to make a pretty serious decision, and one of you isn’t going to like the outcome.”

My whole face dropped and my heart sank. I didn't even know what to say. “Mike, I…”

“I don’t want you to think you can’t date her just because I don’t like her,” Vic said softly.

“No.” Mike said with a straight face then looked at me with sad eyes, “I’ll quit the band before I leave her.”

Really short chapter.
Just kind of a filler and needed to get a couple good points in this.
