"I love you"
" I love you too" my dad hangs up the phone. One more week until he comes home.
Now you see my dad isn't a ordinary dad. Him and my four uncles are in the band pierce the veil. I should probably explain my family. Jaime was 22 when he had his kid Jacob. Jacob is now 17. then mike had his kid 3 months later Conner. Conner is 16 almost 17 too. A year later came Chris. Tony son he is 15 and turning 16 in a month. . Then came my dads first, the only girl Mia. A lot of kids. pierce the veil at this time was recording and not on tour so they could raise all the kids. Yes that's a lot of kids. where am i? well let me explain.

My mom lily, Was 8 months pregnant with me. well she was taking my sister to the zoo while my dad was recording. Well we were in the car when it got hit. my sister had died in impact and my mom had a broken neck but was not dead. My mom was then taken to the hospital. they thought i was dead. They are not sure how i survived any other baby would have died. But i somehow survived. My mom cold have too. She needed to take medicine that would kill me. She said save me. They told her they couldn't help her until i was out and there was an only 5 percent chance that she would survive she still chose me. They called my dad. He was heart broken.
SORTA FLASHBACK THING VICS POV
Me and they boys were in the studio I had just finished recording the new national anthem. we were fucking around until i got a call.
"Hello?"
"yes hello, is this Mr. victor Fuentes?"
"yes it is, who is this?"
"this is real health medical hospital calling on your wife's behalf" now i was starting to freak out.
"is it my baby?!" i say frantically, the boys all look over.
"Well no sir. I mean your wife has been in a car accident and did not make it." My heart drops. I can't feel anything. I hang up the phone. I don't turn around i don't do anything. I can feel the boys staring at me but i lost my voice. How can she be gone, My beautiful wife. My daughter they didn't say anything about her. oh my god please let her be okay.
"Vic?" mikes voice says quietly. I turn around, I want to cry and scream but i can't.
"We need to go to the hospital now." I'm surprised I can even get those words out.
"why?" mike asks.
"shes gone" i don't let him ask anything else. I grab my Keys and walk out.
When i pull up into the hospital the boys are right beside me. I get out and jog to the front entrance.
"my wife was just in a car wreck, where is she" i pretend like shes not dead while saying this.
"Miss lily Fuentes?"
"yes"
"I'll tell the doctor your here." That's it she doesn't say anything else i go and sit down and put my head between my knees. mike rubs my back.
"it's gonna be okay."we sit in silence for about 15 minutes, until the doctor comes out.
"Mr. Fuentes?"
"here he is" mike says I raise my head slowly.
"well?" i ask
"was the little girl in the car your daughter?" When he says this it gives me a little shred of hope that she is still alive.
"yes"
"okay well she died on impact." My heart drops but i don't say anything
"your wife didn't, she had a broken neck and probably would have survived."
"would have?" i ask.
" well yes, you see the child she was pregnant with should have died on impact, but didn't. the medication we needed to give her to go into surgery to fix her neck would have killed her baby, we told her the probability of her living through the child's birth and that it was slim. she said save the baby so that's exactly what we did."
"so the baby's alive?' Jaime asks.
"yes." i stand up.
"can i see her, is she okay healthy?" oh my god my baby was alive thank god.
"yes right this way." we follow the doctor into a small room. then a nurse brings in a small baby wrapped in pink.
"it's a girl" tony says.
"no shit" Jaime retorts back.
she hands me my daughter. we make eye contact instantly a tear slips out.
"I wish your mommy and sister could me you" i whisper to her, in this moment it's only me and her nobody else.
"i love you so much, you're my little miracle."
"what are you gonna name her?" Jaime asks.
"Milagro"
"why?"
"milagro is miracle is Spanish, and shes my little miracle."
"I love you milagro lily Fuentes."
